Girl1999 59
So...I have to decide the size next week (no pressure). If my Bwd is 12cms, will it look more natural if I go 12.5cm implant width, 310cc, but less projection, mini motiva ergonomix. Or more natural if it's 11.75cms implant width with 320cc, slightly more projection, Demi motiva ergonomix. If the implant is smaller more than your Bwd, does this mean no cleavage? Thanks! sabP
TheFox 101
Mine were 1cm over my BWD and looked very natural because in my opinion, the width give nice breast shape and the higher projection tends to look more fake - having said that, there are girls who have UHP implants and look very natural so I think your best bet is to communicate with your surgeon the look you want and trust there opinion in choosing a breast implant that suits your breast footprint. Also BWD doesnt necessarily mean more cleavage. Someone can have a BWD of 10 but have a very narrow chest which means that they dont need a very wide implant to get cleavage
sabP 750
Cleavage depends really on what you start with - if your breasts have a gap already then you may not get a cleavage. I haven't got a cleavage after implants, but didn't beforehand and I don't mind. A lot depends on your anatomy. If cleavage is your goal it is best to talk more with your surgeon and ask which implant size and projection is likely to be the closest to the look you want to achieve. Good luck with your decision xo Girl1999

Good luck with your decision xo A good plastic surgeon will be able to implement other techniques to give you cleavage including dissecting the pocket more along the cleavage line - Dr Eddy Dona explains this really well on his snapchat. Dr Tavakoli often does fat grafting to the cleavage area to disguise the gap and the results are amazing.

Thanks for the info @TheFox - but I'm really happy with my results and not looking for cleavage or further procedures xo This may be of benefit to the original poster of course
