Dr Kollias and teardrop implants

I am hoping for some advice from ladies who have seen Dr Kollias and had teardrop implants. I had a first consultation last week and thought he was great!!! I have lost well most of my boobs after breastfeeding 2 kids and am currently a size A and I really just wanted my size C boobs back. He recomended 330cc teardrop which looked ok and he reassured me they would look very natural. My concern is with possible rotation and also the implants dropping as i have very thin skin and im concerned how it will look. I was hoping to hear any experience with ladies who have had teardrop implants done by Dr Kollias?

Hi hun i didnt have Dr Kollias but i do have Anatomical implants, and so far so good regards the rotation, as long as you follow his post op rules to a T you will be fine . One of the girls i here @JD* had hers done in December of last year with Dr Kollias, I'm sure when she see this pist she can give you lots of inf on him as a surgeon and her experience, as for the drop n fluff mine have droped / fluffed nicely and look quite natural but it dose take a good 12 months if not longer for anatomicals to settle and take their final shape. I have teardrops for 4.5 years done by a different surgeon. I have had no problems and I also followed everything my surgeon said eg I am never allowed again to do chin ups to ensure I don't rip the pocket. I still do chest exercises at the gym but I don't do heavy weights for them. It took a year for them to drop and fluff. I could not get rounds due to having a bony chest + having hardly any breast tissue to begin with. I was a 10AA and now a 10C. I got 270cc under the muscle.

Hey I had Dr Kollias and I’m nearly 3mth post op already! I have 430cc high profile teardrop. He recommended 350cc moderate plus but I didn’t want to risk being disappointed with the size so I went the 430cc.

I have 3 kids, was a 10A and I’m now a 10DD / 10E and very happy with the size! I’ve been small chested all my life and having kids made it worse lol. Best decision I made! I highly recommend Dr Kollias 100%.

He didn’t recommend rounds because it would make my nipples face downwards due to my nipple position and if I wanted rounds, my nipples would need to be altered and I didn’t want to opt for that.

I too was concerned with rotation and bottoming out but I’ve come to accept that all breast augmentation comes with risks no matter what shape you have. I’m such a perfectionist but unfortunately you won’t have perfect breasts even with augmentation.

What was the next size implant available for your breast width? Keep in mind he is very conservative.
