I work in an office and went back on day 5. The first 2 days back were pretty tough but doable ?

Hi girls, Where did you guys get measured after your BA? I am 2 months po and went to Bras and Things the other day and they measured me over my clothes. The lady there then came back with size suggestions and not even half of my boob fit in there and I could hardly close the bra. They then didn't even come back to check if they fit. Bit of a joke. I just want to be sure of my size before I go crazy with the bra shopping x

I slept on my back for the first 10 days and have been sleeping on my side comfortably since

I didn't have a full shower until the tape got removed. I was told not to get them wet. I washed my hair in the sink and just showered from the waist down and used a wash cloth to wash the rest I think it depends on the surgeon, some girls were told they can shower straight away. How are you going with the pain? Did the Endone help?

Yeah you got the same size as me then @asianbabe ? @Kismet We had the same surgeon that's why I wondered why they did not give her any Endone ? I got a whole pack and I've got the same stats. I'm 165cm and 49 kilos. I usually have a good pain tolerance so didn't even need them, they really helped at night tho to knock me out haha. I took half at night for the first 4 days. Good luck for tomorrow and don't worry the pain will be getting better every day. And taking the drains out feels funny but doesn't hurt much at all.

Hi @asianbabe Congrats! I had exactly the same issue, my left was way more painful and the drain was fuller. Did they not give you any Endone? They gave me heaps, I didn't really need them for pain, but they helped me fall asleep. I had to get used to sleeping on my back as I usually sleep on my tummy. The first 3 days are the worst, recovery will be very quick after that. I went back to work on day 5 already. What size did you go with in the end? xx

Oh wow I'm impressed you went back 6 days after, working in retail. I went back today (day 5) to my office job and am struggling a bit. Not so much pain wise just feeling uncomfortable and a bit tired. Did you get yours over the muscle? They look really nice already, great shape. I went under and mine look a bit like a dropped pie still ?

@maddyadelaide Yeh I feel the same. Pain level is quite low just feeling really tight and uncomfortable. I just want to get off the couch now and do stuff. @Sarahwantsboobies2017 Oh you're starting off with heaps more than me, I was a small B or 12A. Hoping to look more in proportion now. I think I should be alright by Tuesday too, just going to take it easy. I think the hardest bit is going to be getting to and from work, I catch public transport and work right in the city, it's always so crowded. I'm a bit scared someone is going to bump into me, I'll have to keep my elbows ou

I'm sure that will be fine @Sarahwantsboobies2017 What are your stats again? He recommended 300 to maximum 350 for me and I'm quite small. 165 and 49 kilos. I must have lost some weight or their scales were wrong, I'm usually around 52 kilos How much time did everyone take off work? I'm meant to go back on Tuesday, 5 days after. I work in an office so I'm hoping I will feel alright by then.

Hi girls! Just wanted to update everyone that everything went well so far for me today. @Stacey Lee @Sarahwantsboobies2017 you will be in good hands. Dr Greensmith and his team were amazing!! I went in at 7am and was home by 10:30am (I only live a 5 minute drive away from the Surgery tho). I was a little nervous as it was my first general anastaetic but everyone was so nice and reassuring, the nurse even held my hand until I fell asleep. I can't really see what they are going to look yet, I went with 350cc in the end. I will be able to have a look tomorrow when they take the drains
