How soon after surgery did your breasts drop? Do they keep dropping? I'm 3 weeks post surgery and they've already dropped heaps to the point I regret my surgery and feel like they are just as ugly and saggy as before (I requested a lift but surgeon didn't do it.) I'm extremely worried they're going to keep dropping.

Hi, mine have dropped a little since my op but still need to drop more. (Surgeon says) I'm almost 3 months po. Would you put up before and after pictures so we can all see what you mean? Might help us understand what you mean. Also they change alot over a whole year. So dont worry too much.

I feel like they're almost sagging again already? And I'm worried about how my nipples face down? I'm not sure if they're normal for 3 weeks post op and I'm being paranoid. I'm extremely scared I'm going to be unhappy with them ?

My nipples face down too because they need to drop more. My sergeon has put me in a chest strap to help this. They look fine to me. You just need more lower pole. Maybe you need the strap too or maybe more support under them. What are you wearing day and night? Are you sure you didn't get a lift? I can see a scar from your nipple going vertically down to your under breast crease.

I think your boobs look really great @Tahlialee93!! Can I ask who the surgeon was and why they didn't want to do a lift?

My boobs were still dropping at 6 weeks but I was a very small A cup to begin with. What size were you post op? I guess it has a lot to do with your skin elasticity and the amount of breast tissue you have.

Hmmm maybe I should ask about the strap. I'm still wearing my compression bra day/night. Yeah I thought I got a lift in the end after seeing the incision but when I asked she said I didn't :-/

Surgeon was Dr Julie Lawrence in Adelaide - she said the size of my implant I wouldn't need one :-/ I went from a deflated C but I haven't been fitted since the surgery so not 100% sure yet. I got 410cc under the muscle!

Are they over or under the muscle? Overs tend to drop quicker but then stay put (for a while until sagging hits). They don't get held up by the muscle like unders.

I have under the muscles! :-)

I think your breasts look great. Very natural although I understand your concerns.

I think you have to ignore all the post op pics/results of most women on here who probably started as A/B cups. If you started as a C cup, and you didn't get huuuge implants, then I think it makes sense for your boobs to look natural (or drop) much sooner. Your breast tissue wouldn't have struggled/stretched as much to accommodate the implants. Most of us with much less breast tissue have to wait for skin to loosen up and the muscles to relax for the implants to drop.

Also, unless you told your PS that you wanted the 'enhanced' look, she probably was aiming to plump up your natural assets. You didn't mention if you got teardrops or rounds?

Same here! They look just what I hope mine will eventually look like, nice and natural and not like bolt-ons.

I did have a lift with mine and it seems the nipples still point down a bit but as they drop the implant should settle into the lower pole and make the nipples look higher if that makes sense.

This... ^^^^

i started with virtually no breast tissue and very tight skin and pecs so mine didn't settle until about the 6 month mark. Everyone is so individual.... They look good - very natural
