Hey, I'm just wondering what the best medical insurance company is that may assist with costs of cosmetic surgery, whether it be BA or rhinoplasty, etc. I may be getting a BA revision in the next 12 months and am also considering rhinoplasty. Now that I'm finally working again, I figure I can plan ahead and pay into something that may be able to give back in terms of what I want.

Hi hun, oh no another ba revision, are you not happy with your down size ? Im not 100 sure but i dont think you are covered for anything related to cosmetic surgery these days unless its medically necessary so if your Rhinoplasty is fir medical reasons then yes i think some of it will be covered as to which are the best health funds I'd shop around a bit to see which one will be better value to you for what you need, i used Iselect and Compare the market to help me compare health funds.

I'm actually really happy with my downsize but every now and then I miss my bigger implants. I'd say 90% of the time I'm happy. I don't know if I'd actually bother with a revision to increase the size again, especially seeing as I felt 'top heavy' with the 350's. I wish I could just swap between the 2 sizes when the occasion called for it haha. But I am looking into getting private health cover and I figure a future surgery is a possibility so want to get myself the best cover!

I’ve been looking at Private Health a lot lately and it doesn’t look like any cosmetic surgery is covered at all (not even hospital fees) unless it is required such as a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy for example.

Any surgery that you choose to do such as augmentation is not covered at all, and I believe it was all stopped in Oct this year.
