Kaleidoscope_Eyes 909
So I had my initial BA in 2016 and had 350cc subfascial. I was initially really happy and thought they looked great. Over time I began to feel they were too big for my frame and in particular, had too much upper pole fullness. In hindsight, I just hadn't mentally adjusted to having boobs. I'd always been very tall and skinny with A-cups and now I was noticing other women checking my boobs out! So... in 2018, I downsized to 275cc mod+. This doesn't sound like a big drop but it was pretty significant on my build. I'd dropped 1.2cm in projection, which meant they disappeared in clothes. I really looked like I hadn't had anything done! For the first month or 2, I thought this was great. However, the shape was affected a bit as I'd been larger and my nipples sat a little lower on my chest. They just looked flatter and even slightly droopy. I by no means needed a lift but they didn't look as perky as before. I thought that by downsizing I'd be able to push them up and play them up with padded bras, which I could. But they didn't look as good as I'd pictured. The shape just wasn't as good and I didn't really like how they looked in push-ups at all. ? Looking back at photos of my 350s, I realised what everybody else had tried to tell me the whole time. They were not too big at all and they looked much better in clothes and dresses than my current 275s. Ughhhh. It's amazing how much your own mind can mess with you because I honestly believed I looked huge with the 350s and that wasn't the case at all. ? So I decided to go for another consult at the end of last year and see if I could return to my previous size. The surgeon noticed I had some pretty significant rippling in my cleavage and we decided to go below the muscle (dual plane) this time around. He's since changed to motiva implants due to the concerns surrounding certain implants and ALCL. So we decided on 375cc full profile, which is basically the same dimensions as my previous implants just slightly more volume. I had my surgery today and everything went well. I'm now typing this because it's 3am and I can't sleep. ? I feel very tight in the chest this time around given my previous implants were overs. ? The nurse said they look a lot better than the 275s did in terms of shape and the muscle coverage has created a nicer slope. I really hope I'm happy with the overall outcome and there is no more surgery in the near future. I think my fiance' would kill me! ? I'll keep you updated. PS. These damn drains are a pain in the butt! Cornflakegirl21, I HaveBoobs and Cupcake85
Cupcake85 484
Hey glad to hear it went well. I know the unhappy feeling. My 10 year old implants were a great fit for a long time but unfortunately due to losing over 60kgs they ended up a full cup size smaller, I had excess skin as well as lateral displacement and slight double bubble of the left. Also cc. Then I ended up with double capsule allowing the left breast to fill with fluid. It was drained twice and still came back. The only option was replacing my implants quicker than what I had planned to. I’ve had 4 x surgeries and this is my 3rd set of implants. I absolutely love my results and I really hope you love yours too. Oh and I understand the not being able to sleep. I’ve been up since 3.40am thanks to my son. I could hear a toy singing so went to check on him and he was fast asleep with it in his arms. I went to take it away being worried all that sound would wake him but nope me taking the toy away woke him and he had a tantrum refusing to go back to bed. Happy healing. Rest up and look after yourself.

Rest up and look after yourself. It's a shame it's such a process, isn't it?! If only we could try the implants out in our body like we try on a dress, it would make things much easier. I'm so sorry to hear about the CC. That's one of my worst fears! Of course he woke up when you tried to take his toy ? hahaha. Always the way. Thank you. Definitely plan on resting. I started getting horrible spasms in my right breast this morning. My pecs are freaking out. Cupcake85
I HaveBoobs 951
Glad to hear your surgery went well and I'm sure when the swelling goes down you'll be much happier being back to your previous size, and yes its crule how our mind plays tricks on us, i hope the recovery process is quicker and easy this time around. I too have lost quite a bit of weight like Cupcake ( i lost 15 kg) and i have noticed a bit of a change in my breasts which seem smaller however my cup size hasn't changed i feel i dont fill them out like i used to and my left breast which was my bigger breast my nipple sits a little lower than the right i don't need a lift as they are not droopy but i feel like i need a bigger implant to fill out the loose skin, I'm also still convinced that my left implant is crooked (i have anatomicals ) as the left breast has never looked quite right ( hoping to have a revision in a year or two) . Congrats on the new boobies and you'll have to let je know how you like the Motiva implants Kaleidoscope_Eyes and Cupcake85
Kaleidoscope_Eyes 909
Thanks guys. I'm surprisingly not in as much pain as I thought I would be going under the muscle. The first night wasn't fun and I was having horrible muscle spasms! I got the GP to prescribe some diazepam to help with that and it's made a difference. Also, I've been sleeping so much because of the endone, which is a good thing. I figure the more I sleep, the better and quicker I heal so no complaints there! I'll keep you updated. I can't wait to go bra shopping and dress shopping again. I really miss how they looked in dresses the first time around. @I HaveBoobs Sorry to hear you're wanting a revision! But congrats on the weight loss. That's awesome I HaveBoobs
Cornflakegirl21 172
Best of luck with you recovery! its crazy what the mind can do, I had revision about 1 year ago now and even though I kept the same size I feel like they are too big! It’s crazy because I pushed so hard to get this size and at first they were perfect but it’s like within the last year my eyes have changed ! I absolutely can not afford another revision so I will be keeping them for as long as possible. I hope you love your new size ❤️

I think you look fantastic, by the way! I'm sorry you had to go through such an ordeal with your surgeries to get to where you are now. I can relate to the unsupportive partner thing! (I read some of your old posts). My partner didn't want me to get a BA in the first place but accepted it. But now that I've gone under the knife for a 3rd time (purely for size/aesthetics), he's not impressed at all. He's been doing a great job looking after me but he's still not happy with the whole situation. I was tempted to try and go larger this time, maybe switch to an extra high profile and aim for 400-450cc. But given that I downsized in the first place because I felt too large, I knew in the pit of my stomach this was not a wise idea and my surgeon did too. He ordered the 375 and 400s and on the day, said the 400s didn't fit anyway. My BWD is very narrow so I wasn't surprised by this and he doesn't commonly use XHP implants so he didn't even recommend this as an option. I think I'm most surprised at how much of a difference 75cc and a profile change made in me. My mum and sister both said my second implants were MUCH smaller and my mum thought I'd removed them completely!! ? I just really hope things go smoothly and there are no complications this time around. If they look very similar to the first set, I'll be thrilled and able to get on with my life. I'm annoyed that I have to take so long off the gym. I never used to go to the gym at all but got myself a personal trainer 4 months ago and started strength training (I wanted a butt after being a prototypical skinny white chic my whole life ? ). I came such a long way in terms of strength and I'm so sad that I'm gonna be starting from scratch again!! My body size didn't change a whole lot but my composition did and my legs and butt were looking good . I built quite a bit of muscle in my legs and and really leaned down in my waist and hips. Super keen to get back into it again but know I need to be careful and not push it. Anyone have any tips/suggestions for easing back into the gym. I've put my membership on hold for a month and was going to start back with some light cardio and maybe lower body leg press/hip abductor stuff. Any advice? Suggestions? Cornflakegirl21 172
Yep my surgery’s were probably the biggest obstacle we’ve had to face in our relationship that’s for sure, he’s sort of past it now but we were seriously considering breaking things off for a while over it. I have 415 XHP and think I if they were a lower profile I might feel differently, I just feel like they look pretty fake and it’s hard to play them down in clothes, will definitely be going for moderate or high profile when I eventually redo. Yours sound perfect! i am also a gym junkie and not going was the hardest thing about me recovery! Due to the nature of my revision I waited until about 4 weeks when I started doing body weight/ banded stuff and went back to the gym after 8 weeks. I think I waited about 3 months before doing upper body. I too have been working really hard to build my glutes! Trying to balance out the top half ?
Kaleidoscope_Eyes 909
I think you need to remind yourself that 415cc is not a massive implant. It's not 'small' but it's by no means a ridiculous size! It's only 40cc more than what I have. I'm not sure of the dimensions of your particular implant but even with the XHP, the projection is probably only a cm more than mine at MOST. I know it's always easy for someone else to say ( I've been there and ignored the words of others trying to make me see sense ? ) but you do look great. They look nice and full but definitely not crazy. And since the bottoming out has been corrected, you are looking fabulous. I think your surgeon was right to warn you about possible excess skin and a less than ideal shape if you went smaller. This is what happened to me. Although they looked 'ok', the were definitely less perky and youthful looking simply because they'd been stretched to a larger size previously. So there's a very real chance that if you went smaller again, you'd be unhappy with the shape and appearance and be wanting another revision. ? Something I find helpful is to find women whose bodies you admire who have full boobies (created by implants) and are also very fit with an amazing figure. I find it helps me embrace a more voluptuous frame and aspire to make my booty and thighs match my new bust. I'm obsessed with Drea Thomas at the moment. She's a model for Bombshell Sportswear. I follow her on insta and she is a total babe! Definite body goals for when I'm able to start working out again! She's super lean with a snatched waist but curves in all the right places. Boobie and booty G O A L S. ?

That model is goals for sure Kaleidoscope_Eyes
Kaleidoscope_Eyes 909
I just wanted to update on my journey and say that I'm now feeling fantastic about everything. I do have a slightly larger gap than before but it's not much bigger and they are coming together as the muscle relaxes. Also, I used to feel my boobs touched too much when I wore a push-up, so this may be a good thing! I've noticed a lot of difference in the past few weeks. I'm loving my silhouette in clothes and dresses. When I downsized to my 275cc implants, I stopped wearing dresses because I didn't feel attractive in them anymore. Well..... let me tell you. I spent $1500 on new dresses in 4 days because every dress I tried on, I felt AMAZING in. I don't think it was necessarily that the dresses were that good (although they were nice). I think I just felt so much better in my body and having that hourglass shape back with the bit of side boob and nice projection made me feel like a princess. I honestly am so glad I went back to the larger size. I had my 5 week follow up yesterday and everything is looking great. Now I can wear regular bras again and I think I need to find places that stock the right size. My biggest issue is that I'm very narrow in the ribcage, despite being tall. I need an 8D or 8E. I can wear 10D but they don't bring my boobs in as much as a tighter band would and I always have it on the tightest clasp, even when brand new. Now that my boobs are that tiny bit further apart and under the muscle, I'd like to experiment with bands that fit better and can bring them closer. I don't like ordering online. I need to try bras on first, especially seeing as they're so damn expensive! I know brasNthings have 8's that go up to large cup sizes. Any other stores I can go into physically in Australia that stock large cups in size 8 and try things on that people are aware of?
I HaveBoobs 951
Hi @Kaleidoscope_Eyes I'm glad to hear your recovery is going well and wow time travles fast, you'd be around 7 wpo now, bet it feels great to wear pretty dresses again i too was not much of a dress person before boobs as i have no waist 😂 but boobs helped balance out my silhouette ,. Have you tried David Jones for small band bras i recently lost 15 kg and wear an 8 to 10 in bras also, i found some nice bras at Honey Bridette but they are a little on the costly side so wait till they have a sale . Hope all is well with you and stay safe 😊 Kaleidoscope_Eyes
