If you have the recalled textured allergen natrelle implants, there is no action needed to be taken apart from looking out for ALCL symptoms. I believe they only have been recalled from further surgeries if that makes sense.

I’ve never told any doctors. I had a cesarean this year and they asked if I had any metal implants and I said no. I didn’t tell them about my boobs either. I worried afterwards but everything was fine.

Hey hun as you know I have the exact same size Mentor teardrop implants as suggested by your Doc. I am very happy with mine and I have great side boob and projection and I can easily wear a dress without a bra, but I don't do that too often. I guess if you want more wow factor then the rounds may be better for what you want. xo

The vectra imagine is VERY inaccurate. I’d personally go teardrop if I had my time again. But it sounds like the rounds would suit the look you’re going for.

I had sensitive nipples, to the point I would hate my partner touching them. Breast feeding is going to hurt like a b*tch regardless in the beginning. Like @sabP said, they toughen up and you get used to it after a few weeks. I say this all as I have my baby attached ?

You can definitely still breast feed after a BA. I wouldn’t even consider having a BA if you are planning on having children in the next 5 years. Unless the cost of revision (often substantially more than the original surgery) is disposable income ?

My surgeon gave me a massive role of the silicone scar tape in my take home care pack. My partner can’t even find my scars ? I’m sure as long as you get a good product they will all work really well.

I had a great experience with Dr Layt ? I’m yet to see poor results from him. I will definitely see him later down the track after kids if I need ‘fixing’ haha.

I don’t want to alarm you but just in a 5 minute google search I found a alarming amount of bad reviews on your surgeon. If you are bottoming out, please do not go back to him!

My PS suggested similar and even gave exercises. I’m not sure if it was due to this, due to how careful he was or just sheer luck but I experienced no pain, just discomfort and was back to normal activities apart from lifting and driving at 3 days post op. I also wasn’t able to take the pain killers after my visit with my PS the day after surgery. We discovered that they were giving me the vomits and nausea. So I was just on good old panadol on day 2. Once again I may just have been super lucky or perhaps have a high pain tolerance. I’ve never had any other surgery so I can’t compare.

Mine felt like part of me around the three month mark when they started to soften and looked more natural up until then I could always notice their presence or feel them when I moved in a certain way

Yes! Thank you! And it’s also always a country that most Australian’s don’t consider travelling to for plastic surgery!

Honestly, why isn't this (or similar) accounts banned yet? They seem to be nothing more than shill accounts with them making irrelevant comments on posts (this thread is to document MY journey..) and they ALL always have the same template of mentioning them having their surgery in that particular country by Dr Firstname Lastname and about how good he is??

In particular, the 3 users who have shilled about this particular doctor @ravishingurl29, @annie23 and @Lemonadeforshades all have literally only made accounts to post about the Dr once and were never online again.
As for @heartofgold9, @caringmom45 and @dignamom42, literally EVERY SINGLE COMMENT of theirs has the doctor's full name and location inserted somewhere in their comments. Not to mention, ALL three accounts have used the phrase "my good doctor/surgeon + Dr Firstname Lastname".
Mods, please ban these accounts. A good doctor will build a reputation on their own through their patients, not through disgusting business practices like these.

We all have a right to our opinions and we must also be respectful of the opinions of others. We can voice our opinions and thoughts without being antagonistic. Unfortunately over the internet words and tones can be misconstrued also. Everyone’s opinions and thoughts are warranted and apppreciated. No one should be told that they aren’t allowed to comment on certain topics. We all have beautiful boobs whether ‘large’ or ‘small’ and regardless of our personal preferences. We all have been brought here by a common goal - a quest for the perfect boobs for US. Whether that means we want to upsize or downsize.

There are definitely people who downsize, as well as there are women who are thrilled with implants below 350cc.
It’s threads like this which have confused her. She was happy with the size she picked. Her surgeon has suggested sized based on her body and lifestyle. I’m sure he knows a lot more than us and she chose him based on his experience and reputation. Everyone has different bodies and preferences. She has decided to go with her original choice. Let’s all be happy and wish her the best. She doesn’t need to start second guessing her choice again.
