  1. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from arahia in It been over a year since revision love my boobs
Hi Lovely Ladies Its been quite a long time since I posted, everything is going great just finished up my final visit to PS for check up she said I looked fantastic my hubby said it made me blush. Just love her she did such a awesome job they feel so natural just love them. I told hubby I wish I would have had the revision earlier but I suppose we all can say I wish. But we are so happy with the girls. They actually are more sensitive to touch now they they were before my first surgery 36 years ago. I truly enjoy the site for the encouraging words I received and hopefully some advice and humor they I wrote. Thanks again Cosmetic Journey and all Ladies that read, comment in their writings.

I have a Mamnogrmam each year, just had revision of January 17, 2024 I will have a while before I have to have it done again will be checking into the different option that will be available. However it is extremely important for us ladies to do self check which I do weekly but also Mammograms 3D which my Gynecologist highly recommends. Let s all be aware of Breast Cancer. My PS is greatly involved in Breast Cancer Awareness and encourages her patients to get involved in Breast Cancer walk. She ask hubby and I to participate this year in the walk. Super nice Tee Shirts will post pictures when we get our Tee's

Hi Love 1 year ago I underwent a revision to replace a tear i was 225 and 235 went up to 520 just love them. My recovery was very good no issue just a little tender for a few weeks but very little bruising and scar is not noticable the incision was made in the crease. I am 5'4' weigh 152 I am from the United States we aren't into metrics. I Have Boobs gives awesome advise I love to read her comments. I pray your surgery will go well and you have a speedy recovery KEEP IN TOUCH THESE LOVELY LADIES ARE HERE FOR ENCOURAGEMENT AS YOU BEGIN YOUR NEW JOURNEY WITH YOUR NEW BOOBS. On a humorous note my hubby said he was going to bake me a boob cake today to celebrate my new boobs which were one year old on January 17. If it looks any good I will post it. LOL

  11. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from sabP in what cc to go for?
Hey Love totally agree with the ladies, over the muscle is what I choose when you go under the muscle some is lost. I believe from what I have read over is less evasive. The drop and fluff will continue as time goes by so be patient and enjoy your journey. As for me I and hubby chose to go as large as possible. Mine was a revision replacing 225cc with 520 cc I had a lot of loose skin to work with. Good Luck You will be lovely.

Hey @Ss84 you still have a lot of dropping and fluffing yet, 4 weeks is still very early days. I am pretty sure you will be more than a small C cup. I also got the 375cc mod plus and I measured a DD cup at 6 weeks and I am now either DD or E depending on brand. So be patient
@zoeann88 - hey hun, if you liked the 350cc then stick with that - are you going over or under? round or teardrop/anatomical? I ask as if you go under the muscle you lose a little of the cc, so if you chose the smaller size I think you'd be disappointed. As a C cup already you have good breast tissue, so I'm fairly sure you'll get the result you are after
  13. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from cm29 in Push up bras
Just love push up bras as for me PS told me after 5 to 6 weeks wired bras would be okay. I love the cleavage and the extra support they give. I am sure everyone is different so just listen to what your girls are telling you patience is a must when it comes to surgery. Hope this helped, as for me I began after my fifth week, love the cleavage and support. Also it is so so important to get a push up that keeps the girls in, I have tried some that failed in this very important factor in selecting a push up bra. Happy Push Up Bra Shopping

Push up bras after BA? Is this okay or will it distort the shape and placement of my implant
    almost 3 months PO
  16. PlatinumBlondeBoobs reacted to RubyJadeDiamond in Push up bras
Hey! My surgeon's office also said its business as usual after 6 weeks for me. I haven't worn a push up yet at 2.5 months but I couldn't see it negatively impacting my implants -- they're fairly squishy.
Maybe give your surgeon's office a call and see what they recommend?
  17. PlatinumBlondeBoobs reacted to sabP in Push up bras
Hey @cm29 Check with your PS as they all differ in their advice. Mine said I was fine to wear any bra after my 6 week check up, including wired and push up. However, I didn't really wear push up until around the 3 month mark as they were not that comfortable prior. I am now nearly 5 months post-op and have had no problems with wearing push up bras - not that I wear them that often, just if my top/dress would look better. Hope that helps
  18. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from ayesha79 in Why did you decide to get plastic surgery?
Love the comments as for me when I had my first in 1982 I had thought about it for a number of years after my two sons were born. At that time I wore a B cup and in some bras a C cup. At this time in my life I don't believe vanity was the main reason for the boob job, however I was very concerned about the way I looked. The girls after child birth, age and gravity had taken over, I had tried the gimmicks of breast enlargement with exercise, and creams for better cleavage, and fullness. They didn't really help I found out one of our local doctor had performed breast enlargement so I set up an appointment the consoluation was great he preformed the surgery placing 225 in left and I believe 235 in right. I remember the first time taking the bandages off I was huge wondering what have I done, of course my hubby was delighted. Thirty some years later my doctor suspected a possible tear in my left breast and yes mine were the Dow Corning although I had no problems my first instinct was to have them removed with so many women having problems here in the states. My husband and I decided to have them replaced, now the question was what size should I get. We looked at numerous photos and checked out many PS within 400 miles of our home. This time the desire for the surgery was more of a safety issue with the rupture, but there was more vanity this time both on my part and hubby also. PS did her measurements and with the loose skin she said I can do what you want we took photo's with us of ladies that had had surgery it was like going car shopping. My self and PS decided on the size for my frame which were 520. So pleased and blessed there isn't a day goes by that my husband tell me how awesome I look. So Yes this is where vanity come in if I could have done it all over again would I have done it the answer is yes. Love my Boobs

  21. PlatinumBlondeBoobs reacted to sabP in Why did you decide to get plastic surgery?
I have always wanted bigger boobs. I was flat as a tack as a teenager and it never got any better, I was teased at school and called an "ironing board". I recall one time entering a class and the boys had drawn pictures of me and my friend with our names underneath (my friend had big boobs) on the chalk board (yeah, that far back ) - mine was a stick figure with two dots where breasts should be and hers was curvy and voluptuous. The whole class was in fits of laughter and I was mortified and humiliated (my friend didn't care - she liked the attention). I have always felt self conscious about my lack of breasts. I hated wearing swimwear and certain clothes that seemed to highlight the non-existence of my breasts and bra shopping was a nightmare as they rarely made anything small enough. I also hate it when men say stupid things like "...more than a handful is too much" they always feel obliged to comment on one's boobs or lack thereof.
I have thought about an augmentation for years, early on only the rich and famous (usually American) women could afford the surgery. Then there was the scare with Dow Corning implants (they used commercial not medical grade silicone). I was also embarrassed at the thought of augmentation surgery and felt I would be judged by family and friends as vain and stupid and vacuous for wanting bigger boobs. Then I hit my 50s, found out a bunch of girlfriends had had surgery and finally realised that I do not give a f***k what anyone thinks about my decision to have surgery. And last December I had my BA and I am beyond happy that I finally have boobs. I cannot get over how great they look and how clothes look amazing and swimwear is a delight to wear now - I now have the best bra and swimwear collection too I've been a fairly self confident woman in general, however my new boobs have given me a massive boost and I totally love them. I finally feel really feminine and sexy and awesome
  22. PlatinumBlondeBoobs reacted to I HaveBoobs in Why did you decide to get plastic surgery?
For me it was to feel more feminine and in proportion with the rest of my body. I was a late bloomer in everything from puberty to to getting my period i was always very small in the boob department (an A cup) and would be jelous of the other girls at school with boobs, then as i got older i learnt to appreciate what i had and even went bra less quite a lot as i was small and perky enough to pull off a skimpy top unlike my bigger boobed uni friends. Then i met my now husband by then i was well into my fitness and PT career and my boobs had gotten smaller with all my training, i then had kids and thought YASSS boobs finally but back then they didnt make maternity bras in a B cup so lived in crop tops then after breastfeeding they became empty ski slopes ?? no sag thank goddess but no volume what so ever . I was something i had always wanted to do since my late 20s but wanted to wait till after children, well my kids are 13 abd 9 so i guess you can say I'm still a late bloomer ?? in the BA journey

  24. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from I HaveBoobs in Help - not happy with results
Love just be patient, the girls will change a lot over the next weeks to come. Under the muscle I believe will take a little longer but it will be worth it. I had a revision on January 17, 2024 of 520 over the muscle. I suppose with this being a revision the girls fell into place much quicker. I measure in bra size in the states 38DDD. Everyone is different recovery, soreness, stingers, and drop and fluff. Just be patent they are going to look lovely.

  25. PlatinumBlondeBoobs got a reaction from I HaveBoobs in When did yours soften up?
Enjoy reading the comments by you lovely ladies of boobs and how each of our bodies are different. As for me with the revision after the swelling went down my girls were very soft and juggiley. I ask my PS when mine would drop and fluff after the 2nd week of PO she said they most likely were where they be. Sure enough super soft fuller, hubby can't keep his hands off them. He compliments me each day how great I look and how wonderful and natural they feel. I don't really know if this was because of the pocket was already formed from my previous breast surgery 35 years ago. But I almost doubled in size of implant from 226 to 520. My next visit to PS is in October at that time I will ask her. Be Patient always Good Luck Lovelies
