  1. I was always painfully insecure of my breast size growing up which was less than an A-Cup. I saved my money and in 2012 at the age of 22 I underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation to become more proportionate at 34B.3 Months Post-Op, after removing the surgical bra, I noticed a severe dent that spanned across the middle of my breasts anytime I moved. I consulted with my surgeon at my final post-op and he told me that this was normal, and would resolve itself once the implants settled. I was instructed to allow one year and it should be fine.A year came and went and the issue was no less se
  2. Hey ladies. Wondering if anyone can share some stories or reassurance. I had my surgery in Thailand 13 months ago and have double bubble and breasts have bottomed out laterally. While I'm lucky my double bubble isn't too bad. I've bottomed out laterally so when I lay down they essentially fall into my armpits. Feels like my boobs have sagged a bit and my cleavage is not that great when not in a bra. The hospital in Phuket is covering most of the surgery to fix it- but they said it'll be determined what's actually being done when I'm over there: just wondering if
  3. Hello Ladies I had my first BA in Perth last year i was wanting a full E cup and was recommended 500cc high profile implants placed under the muscle, i was happy with the results but as they began to settle into place and drop they reduced in size and i ended up with a double bubble effect i was told it would improve with massaging but one year later and the problem had gotten worse. I'm 168cm tall with broad shoulders so i can take a good size I'm hoping to go with 700cc implants im a tad scared of going any bigger and possibly with ultra high implants this time. I read about internal bras
  4. Hi Ladies, I got my first BA in Perth last year went with 500cc high profile mentor gel implants under the muscle i was first stoked with the outcome but unfortunately I've developed the double bubble effect i want to get larger implants as the 500cc wasnt as big as i hoped ended up a DD im aiming for 700cc maybe with the ultra high implants with possibly a mini breast lift and internal bra if needed... anyone out there that was been to PIAC? recommend any particular surgeon? Thanks in Advance
  5. Hi everyone, Im new to this, i just thought I'd jump on to share my experience with you all. I had my Ba in April this year. I have wanted a breast augmentation for years, and finally at 26 i decided to go for it. I did so much research on Australian surgeons and also Thai surgeons, I decided that for the price of a BA in Thailand i couldn't see any reasons not to go, with such wonderful reviews from girls that went over there to the impressive resume of my surgeon, who happens to be the head surgeon of Bangkok Hospital. I contacted a VERY well known australian company and they were s
  6. Hi Ladies! I am completely new to these forums but really need some help! I have just received an evaluation form from dr worapong from bangpakok 9 hospital in thailand and he wants to do above the muscle implants as they will keep my breasts looking more natural and closer together. However, I've been reading everywhere online that under the muscle is the way to go, and over the muscle increases the 'double bubble' effect and more likely chance of rippling/repeated surgery. I am worried that the only reason he chose this is because it's an easier operation. I only want to go from a B to
  7. Hello! I'm a total newbie here but have been stalking forum posts for ages haha and haven't found much recent info on Dr Szalay in Brisbane so I thought I'd ask around. I went to a consult with Dr Harwood first and he recommended 435 brazilians unders but I went to Dr Szalay (who I think I prefer, his photos are freaking amazing!) and he said I could only use brazilians if I went over as I would get a double bubble with 445s? I'm not sure why brazilians would give me a double bubble? I am after a fake but still natural look but want to be able to create insane cleavage and apparently textu
  8. Hi ladies I'm new round these parts as a member but have been reading these threads for a while and can't collectively thank you all enough for the insight I've gained into BAs. I'm hoping to undergo a BA in June at PIAC after wanting "round boobs to fill a bra, not unfrozen Sunnboys" for as long as I can remember. A friend had her BA there about 2 years ago and they look fantastic, unsure of the PS but she can't rave highly enough about the whole experience. To give you an idea of my natural boobs - "deflated Sunnyboys" is a bit harsh, but they're just pretty small on a broad athlet
