Hi ladies. I had my BA just over a week ago and have noticed a red line pop up on my left breast. I was pretty flat chested before so they've had to stretch a lot and have been swollen. I've never had stretch marks before and am kind of paranoid that this is one. It's not due to a bra seam as all the bras I've been wearing are seamless. Has anyone else experienced this? Does this look like the beginning of stretch marks or am I just being crazy ??

Hello ladies! I'm having BA done in six weeks and am wondering if anyone has any tips, advice, or insight into stretch marks when receiving surgery? I don't have many- just a few on my bum- but am afraid that the skin around my breasts will get stretch marks going from a small A to a small D. I've been using coconut oil daily as a moisturizer but if anyone has advice it would be much appreciated! Thanks xx

Hi everyone. I am really interested in getting a mummy makeover. (Tummy tuck, breast lift, implants, brazilian butt lift etc) I am a size 6 but I've been left with saggy breasts, and a stretched tummy. I would like to know if anyone has had a Mummy Makeover overseas with any of the combination surgeries above, and who they went to and how happy you are with the results. I am not interested in anything in Australia as I am looking for a more affordable solution that will get the same results, (and performed with the same amount of hygiene and expertise) Thanks!

Hey ladies, I'm almost 7 weeks post op and my right scar is not right. I have a massive hole above my actual incision which just isn't healing. It was all scabbed over for 6 weeks and it fell off and looks like this now? I've tried to talk to my surgeon about it but he thinks "the look great" which they do not!! He told me that he thought the scab was just a bruise! also, that weird pimple looking thing feels like a stitch poking into my skin, I've had it for 3 weeks now and it really hurts when I touch it and I can feel something under the skin. Is that normal? Also, I've got really bad stretch marks and I'm using Vit E cream twice a day and have been since 6 weeks pre op. Any tips? Just feeling so down about my boobs, love the shape of them but they are covered in stretch marks and my scars are so ugly feeling like I made a bad choice with my surgeon cause he doesn't seem to care. Also, how many post op appointments did you girls have? I've only had 1 and it was at 3 weeks post op, does that seem normal? And I haven't been contacted to schedule any more. Really feeling neglected !

How long after surgery do I need to keep moisturising for?

Don't know if anyone else has tried this but I just used it tonight to try and help with the stretch marks on my boobs. So far so good! Was a little worried at first as they looked more purple but now they've settled they look heaps better and my skin is sooooo soft and so is the rest of my body! Hope they keep getting better! I follow them on Instagram and it's supposed to be good for scars, stretch marks, eczema, psoriasis etc $15 + free shipping! Yay

Hi ladies, Since I lost 25kg I already have stretch marks on my breasts, will these worsen with the breast implants or will they become more invisible? They are already white/clear but when they become stretched again from the implants they might make them more noticeable and larger? Does anyone have experience with this, have you had a BA when you already had stretch marks, have they worsened or became more unnoticeable? i plan to start using bio oil daily 8 weeks prior to make sure no new ones will form. Is bio oil the bestir should I get a pure vitamin E oil?

Genetics and Stretch Marks - my Post Op Experience
SeptemberBoobies posted a topic in Breast Surgery
Hi ladies, I haven't posted for a while because overall I'm really happy with my new boobs and haven't felt a need to update on my progress. I am 2 months post op now and stretch marks are appearing on my boobs. They aren't bad and I've been using bio oil & massaging which has helped a lot to keep them minimal. I just wanted to say that I really thought I was safe from stretch marks even though I got them elsewhere (during puberty). If you already have them, set your expectations so that you aren't devastated when you do get them - because there's a huge chance you will. I had a little cry when they first appeared but they really aren't that bad as long as you massage and oil them. With a tan they dissapear but I STRESS, massage and oil them! I left the ones on my thighs during puberty because I didn't know what to do about them. They are now noticeable, indented and shiny white. I also moisturised my boobs all throughout pre op and post op, which did nothing to prevent. I do think that it has helped MINIMISE though Just my 2c for those who are prone to stretch marks. Good luck with your surgeries ladies! -
Hey girls, I'm 8 weeks PO and still having trouble with the stretch marks...I use bio oil, deep moisturiser, pure vit e, pure rose hip and some other palmers stretch mark creams and lotions, been massaging three times a day using the above (not all at same time) but nothing seems to work. So does anyone reccomend anything else I can use? Or if anyone has tried kelo cote or scar fx ?I leave my job to travel soon so I want to be able to get in swimwear and not have the stretch marks so red! Ps I eat lots of greens and 2l easy of water a day. Thanks xx

Hi ladies Just wondering if anyone has experienced the dreaded stretch marks after breast implants and if bio oil helped much? Dr harwood said I will most likely get them so I have been using Bio Oil for the two weeks leading up to my surgery on Tuesday, hoping it helps!! Any info i.e. how fast they came, how long it took to get rid of them etc. would be great!! X

Hello Has anybody had a skin only Tummy Tuck? I have no muscle separation, just saggy baggy stretch marked skin from my first pregnancy 15 years ago. I have had one consultation with a PS who confirmed there would be no need for muscle tightening and a skin only TT would be fine, which is excellent news. Has anybody had this type of surgery? I'd love any feedback at all as I have been able to find very limited information on this:confused: I am in Brisbane so any PS recommendation would be an added bonus Thank you

Hi Guys.. So I've been visiting this site for a while and silently following your journeys (yes it's quite stalkerish of me! ) and thought it's about time I started to post as I'm getting closer to making my final decision. The shared stories have really helped in reinforcing my wanting this procedure. Being a mother of two lil girls.. and ending up with empty shells where my boobs used to be there is nothing worse than feeling guilty for wanting something that can cost upto $15k where this is one years' worth of school fees!!! Anyway I'm over that now.. thanks to you guys So.. my boobs are not the only prob.. my tummy is a huge issue! I ballooned up with my pregnancies and gained upwards of 35kg started at 55kg and ended at 90kg! So now.. my tummy is a wrinkly mess.. I soo want to iron it out!!! if I was to post a pic of my belly you'd think it belongs to an 80 year old and not a 27yr old meh! Anyway.. I lost all of the weight (took 2 years) and I am left with no boobs (gone from a D to an inverted A.. haha as in they are scooped inwards!!!!) and a wrinkly mess.. this kinda interferes with sex life.. who'd want to get it on with the above described?!?! My husband has not seen me naked since the birth of our first dd. So my question to you guys would be, would you do both at the same time? What is the decider between a mini TT and a total TT? I'm also really worried about the pinched skin at the ends of scar that you guys have mentioned and the other would be Furry Brazilian (can't stop giggling about the name) vs Normal Silicone? and THE OTHER.. under muscle or over the muscle? I am booking a consult with Dr Ben Norris in Sydney.. anyone had him for either op? THANKS GIRLS/Guys xx
