HELLO!! Surgery is booked for the 15th of April with Dr M. As I will be travelling via car and not plane I would like as many tips and tricks anyone can offer up. Wether it be things to buy, take, do... As I will be driving I am able to bring more than on a plane so anything thatll help my recovery would be appreciated as a suggestion. I will be taking a big pillow that allows me to sit up whilst sleeping. Pretty much any suggestions would be great, even clothes to bring, what not to do, remedies ect Thank you!

Hi gals! I'm 3 weeks post op from my breast augmentation and I am absolutely loving them. I wrote up a little blog post (let me continue to reiterate that I am not a doctor!) about the things I learned before and after my surgery. I've gotten some great feedback from friends, peers, and strangers about it who are thinking about getting theirs done so if you're curious- have a read! Cheers and enjoy! http://mischkebusiness.com/2014/10/21/the-boobs/#more-2938

Hi girls, I am wondering if anyone has dealt with Dr Dash from TCI Bondi I'm booked in Mid June to get my BA. I would like to know your personal experience. Also I have a few questions as I'm getting nervous closer to date. How was the day's following surgery? Also I'm not from Sydney so any help in regards of what's there to do for myself and hubby.. how to get around transport wise and good accommodation that's not the usual meriton or quest..I would be so grateful. Any tips as well is always welcome

Goodmorning Ladies! I just thought I would share my tips for easing morning boob (or discomfort during any time of the day) it works pretty much immediately and has seemed to help me gain full range of motion in my arms quicker. The most important point I stress (and you surgeon will stress) though is that if it hurts don't do it, I am at day 6 and did not start doing these stretches until day 4 1) lock fingers behind your head, with your elbows pointing as close to outward as you can and gently pull your elbows back a little further until you feel a little resistance. Repeat 5 times. 2) Raise you hands straight up above your head as far as you can and try and get your arms to touch your ears, once again only until you feel a little resistance. Repeat 5 times. complete these as many times a day as you feel that tightness creeping back in. I hope these stretches help you as much as they have helped me Happy Healing <3

Hi all! I have my boobs booked for February 2015 with Dr Boonchai at PIAC Phuket! What are everyone's experiences? I'm also going through Somnio, just wondering if anyone else has and what they thought? Also wondering what everyone's tips are! E.g. for preventing stretch marks, reducing pain after surgery, getting comfortable, compression bras etc! Let me know! I've just joined this site too so if you have any before and after photos i'd love to see them! Talia x
