Motiva Ergonomix Dr Tavakoli

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I am having some difficulty finding photos of motiva ergonomix implants with Dr Tavakoli as it seems he uses anatomicals more often. I was wondering if those who have had the BA with Dr Tav with the motivas could kindly share some photos with me? I am having my BA in mid September so I'm trying to solidify in my mind the look I am going for. Thanks everyone

Why did you chose motiva implants? He has an entire gallery of round implants on his website- you culd start there

Have you had your initial consult with Dr Tav and has he reccomended Motiva implants or is this just what you are wanting, also fyi Motiva do an anatomical implant so it could be that some of his patients do have Motiva implants. Like the Moderator said have you had a look at his before and after gallery he has quite a lot onhis web site. ?

I have not yet had my consult since I am an interstate patient, I will have it 2 days before my surgery. To my knowledge Motivas in Australia are only the rounds, but with the Ergonomix they can take on a 'anatomical' shape with gravity due to the softness of the cohesive gel inside the implant. Are the Ergonomix what you are talking about? I'm just curious that's all, I've got a month to go before my surgery

Yes, I've had a look, but a large majority of his gallery are mentor rounds. I want the motiva implants since they are said to be anatomicals, with the feel of a round implant due to the cohesive gel that is very soft. So they are somewhere inbetween the firmness of anatomicals and the fullness of rounds if you get what I mean. I just wanted to see if it makes any difference out of curiosity as I only have my consult with Dr Tav 2 days before my surgery as I am an interstate patient.

Hi @devibear no the Ergonomics are the round implants you are correct and yes they have a softer gell filling so will give the appearance of an anatomical implant as the gell settles toward the bottom of the implant but so dose any round implant with a grade 1 filling (the level of viscosity of the gel) .

If you haven't had your initial consult yet then you cannot be 100% certin that that is what implant you'll get as it will all depend on your anatomy and what your measurements are. As an example using myself i wanted the Motiva implants also but during my consult my surgeon said that because i had very little natural breast tissue and a small nipple to breast fold distance that an anatomical implant would be better suited to my anatomy as it would help to push out the lower breast pole centering the nipple and enhancing the cleavage area wnere as a round would give me to much upper pole and could possibly make my nipple sit lower on my breast, so just be prepared to have him throw you a curve ball , you may also get lucky and he might say yes the type of implant you want is suited to your anatomy but I'm saying just be prepared if he dosn't .

Keep us posted on how you go and very excited for you, have the nerves kicked in yet. Don't worry you'll be in amazing hands ?

@I HaveBoobs Yes, I understand that without the consult I won't be sure so I'm preparing myself for either way. I do have a decent amount of breast tissue though as I am a wide, small B cup naturally and have made sure to gain a few kilos to fill out my body. I'm 157cm and about 52 kg I'm shaped pretty round in the boob area with majority of my breast tissue in the lower pole so I'm hoping all of that means I'll be lucky enough not to need the anatomicals as I'd rather prefer the softness of a round implant.

To be honest I'm very nervous as I did not go for any other consults with other surgeons although I had been in contact with their offices, as Dr Tav was the only surgeon I found that consistently produces the look that I love. I'm not sure if that was a wise choice on my part but he does have a brilliant reputation and fantastic surgery results. I'm excited but also nervous about making this choice since I do want the slightly out of proportion look without looking too firm in the chest/bolted on.

I will definitely keep everyone posted

I recently had a small motiva implant inserted with great result!

Hi was just thinking of you the other day and wondered how you were going as i know you were having the fat grafting. When did you have the implants done and what size did your surgeon choose. Are you happy with the results ?

Hi ,

Did you end up getting your breasts done ? I am having the same issue , finding reviews on motiva implants in Sydney , as it's quite a new technology , but these are the ones I want as they are referred to as "the Rolls Royce of breasts " as they are the best .. Very hard to get info , what a bummer!! .. Do you mind sharing your experience with Dr. Tav .. I am booking a consult today.. thanks

@WambuidarlingI did end up getting Motiva ergonomix with Dr Tav, as my anatomy was suitable for both round and anatomical implants.

Motiva has been used for a while outside Australia and seems to have a very good reputation which was why I wanted them. I'm 4 weeks post op right now and they are getting softer every week, will be really squishy by the time they have fully settled I think.

I had a lovely experience with Dr Tav and his staff are so wonderful too. Dr Tav really knows what he is doing and my breasts look great even this early on. I recommend him 100% as he has given me exactly what I wanted, they look so fab!

@devibear How are you going now being a few months post op? I have 18 year old implants and am booked for a consult to have them replaced. My surgeon uses Motiva and I am very interested as they have a low instance of CC and no association with BIA ALCL (so far I guess). Just wondered how they're going as I have next to no breast tissue and wanted tear drop as I'm older and don't want upper pole fullness... Are they still the 'gummy bear' type? TIA.

motiva implants are the best i just got them recently and they look so natural. I got them done with Dr Alex Phoon, he was amazing, if you want to see what motiva implants look like check out his instagram (@dralexphoon) . or dr moradi who is another surgeon at their clinic, he uses them too his instagram story would be useful to you (@drmoradi.com.au ). idk why most of their implants are motivas but defs no regrets lol
