ACherish 1
Hi! I'm currently 22 years old and seriously considering BA. I'm a 10/12 A (barely), average size 8-10, so I'm just very small and no shape really. As a result, I face serious self esteem issues about it affecting mental health. What I'm asking, is where in NSW Australia has anyone been and swears by, what are places/companies that provide payment plans without ridiculous interest fees, what about pre or post pregnancies. Also, medical requirements before hand- such as particular weight range/BMI standard to meet, BC pills etc. Any and all information is appreciated! Meli.k
I HaveBoobs 951
Hi hun and welcome, if you look in the find a clinician tab o here you will find lots of fully qualified plastic surgeons in youe area if you click on their name you will be able to read reviews from actual patients, also RealSelf has a lot of info and patient reviews . Have you started any research on diffrent implant types, brands, placment , incision site ect and have you looked at women with similar stats to find goal boob pictures. Also a big tip dont get caught up on cup size you only want what you think will look like a C/D cup when the actual CC amount will be very different.. if you have any more questions feel free to ask we are all hete to help ? On a side note i think Mac credit do payment plans for cosmetic surgery or you could call your bank to enquire about a personal loan which might have a cheaper intrest rate. ACherish 1
I have gone through the clinicians tabs and seen few different thread posts of where went, but it's always so hard to narrow down I find, particularly when companies like Cosmeditour and such are involved who have various doctors and locations etc I've done research on and off for past few years regarding type, incision etc - I think I've decided on year drop, under muscle and under arm incision (I've seen areola incision is better in regards to hidden possible scaring but I don't want to possibly risk breast feeding issues in the future personally). I feel like I've looked at every pair of breasts on these before and after sites, and the ones similar to my size always turn out awesome! ? I'd honestly just be happy to be a size to fill a B cup bra, maybe a C if it doesn't look too silly on my small frame haha. Thank you for the reply!
I HaveBoobs 951
Just to make you aware that if you are wanting a transaxilary incision (armpit) then you are limited on what size implant you can have as the surgeon has a greater distance fron incision site to the actual pocket to place the implant and if your leaning towards the teardrop implant then you will most likely have to have an infamamary incision , most surgeon's won't place anatomical implants through a transaxilary incision as the possibility of rotation before the implant is in it's propper placement, i asked my surgeon this question in my consult and that was his answer ACherish and sabP 1
Frankie* 40
Hi there @ACherish - welcome ? I’m 27yo and am currently 13 days post-op - Surgery in Bangkok through CosMediTour. I live in NZ W/regards to any standards to meet with weight etc, I think as long as you’re relatively healthy and at your ideal weight at time of surgery (and don’t plan to change it dramatically post-surgery) then you’re definitely a candidate - after a consult with a surgeon, obviously. BC pills aren’t an issue, I’ve seen some girls say that they stopped taking them - I think the antibiotics might render them void anyway? It might be worthwhile having a consult with a surgeon (even if you’re not 100% that they’re “your one”) to answer any questions as well as assess your criteria and potentially tell you what will work and what won’t ? I had a consult here in NZ prior to booking through CosMedi and even though the NZ surgeon was unfortunately a jerk, he was very informative about risks, other questions, measured me up etc. I HaveBoobs
pink butterfly 1,509
My advice would be to go for a few consults with different plastic surgeons. Please don't think that a cheap "competitive" price will give you great boobs. A plastic surgeon has experience + medical knowledge to give you a good result. I did go through a cosmetic surgeon years ago with my BA - he is retired now. He did a wonderful job and I am not unhappy at all. But whenever I need to upgrade, I would definitely be seeing a plastic surgeon. Good luck with it all. sabP and I HaveBoobs
LaurenT 755
If you want transaxilary incisions that is going to seriously limit which surgeons you can go through. Most won’t do it regardless of the implant size and shape. If this incision is important to you, it will have to be one of the first enquiries you make before you seriously consider any surgeon. Make sure it is something the surgeon does regularly, as if it isn’t, you may end up with suboptimal results. sabP and I HaveBoobs
ACherish 1
I didn't know the transaxillary incision affected implant size and such, defiantly need to do more research! It just seemed like the option that had minimal risks (areola affecting milk ducts) and under boob I wasn't sure due to possible visable scaring if I chose on the smaller scale implant and I'm planning under bust tattoos eventually lol. And was planning year drop shape for more natural look, as I feel like big round ones on my small frame, I'd be looking like I've just shoved balloons up my shirt and rolled with it. Thank you for all the advice!
LaurenT 755
If you have a skilled surgeon the scarring under your boob will end up right on the crease. I have to lift my boob to find the scar, and it’s that faint that it’s almost impossible to see. I HaveBoobs and sabP
I HaveBoobs 951
I also have an under bust incision and if you have a very skilled surgeon like Lauren T said the scar will be barly visible, you can hardly see mine and it sits right in my crease so is only visible when i lift up my breast (and only barly visible), plus if for some reason you need a revision surgery down the track it will be done with an infamamary incision

Hey hun, I have teardrop and in the crease incisions and they are virtually invisible now - you can check my gallery pics to see how faint they are - feel free to friend request me I HaveBoobs
