Booked for Surgery 10th August

Recommended Posts

So I have finally locked in my surgery date. I'm getting 450cc high profile round smooth slicone implants dual plane position.. i am currently a large A or a very small B, any ideas what this will get me too? When i placed them in my bra I was very happy with the size I didn't think I'd go that many cc but it didn't really look that big on me, just wondering how accurate size is judging it that way will it be a little smaller as I'm going under?

Hey @simply_me you lose a tiny amount going under the muscle, but not much. Also in recovery the drop and fluff takes a little longer when going dual plane. The muscles hold the implant down initially, there will be a fair amount of swelling. Then the swelling eases up and around the 6 week mark (could be a little longer, so be patient with yourself) they should start to fluff nicely.

It's really hard to say what you will end up with, everyone's body's are different. A rough idea going from an A/B with 450cc you will end up an E or DD.

Good luck for your surgery and keep us posted

Yay we are surgery buddies! I’m booked in for August 8th. Haven’t decided on a size yet and honestly so confused! Don’t want super huge boobs... but also want something decent... love all the dr M and dr T patients.. but I’m in Perth so they are not an option... can’t travel interstate with three little kids!

what are your stats currently? I’m 175cm, 62kg and bwd of 13 I think!? Currently a deflated 12b/c..after breastfeeding.... . sitting quite low.. bit of a boney chest! So dr was suggesting 450/500 anatomicals... moderate profile.... all my boob wish pics are high or uhp? Gahhh I’m so confused! Pre op is on the 23rd July..... so I guess I need to ask questions and get some reassurance then decide on a size.

500 sounds huge... but doc was saying cos I’m tall and have a longer chest I’d need tall anatomical implants to fill the upper pole.... now I’m stressing that anatomical won’t give me the upper pole I want.... but I don’t think I can go round cos of my chest height... gosh it’s all so confusing!

I’m booked for surgery in October, I’m currently a B and hoping to get to a D! I’m going on top of the muscle 340 round, I originally wanted anatomical but my PS thinks I’ve got enough tissue that they will still look really natural and no chance of rotation with round.

I’m trying not to compare to other pics but it’s so hard! I just wish I knew what it was going to look like

@Glissm oh surgery buddies yay how exciting lol I'm in Adelaide.

It is very hard and confusing to know what to go for, i didnt think I'd go as big as 450cc buT to be honest trying them on suprisingly they didn't look to big which my surgeon agreed with so I'm hoping once it's done it still looks that way lol I wana get to a D buT don't think i really wana be more then that lol..

I also have 3 young kids which has left me a small deflated B or large deflated A lol not really sure on my actual size now but before children I was comfortably fitting a c bra now I buy bz but not really filling them.

My stats are currently 160cm tall and 53kg..

I think you could get the upper pole fullness still with an atomical as I've seen on here loTs of girls saying you do but if you are unsure with your doctors recommendation no harm in going for second or even third opinions you don't wana go first surgoen you see I almost made that mistake and now I'm so glad I did go for another opinion coz my surgeon now had a very completely different recommendation and has alot better qualifications and was just alot more sure of himself..

NoT saying your doctor isn't good but getting second opinion might just give you better reassurance especially if their recommendations are similar..

Any way best of luck with it all keep me updated ?

@DDaa Oh that's awesome.. as I suggested to the girl abov3 if your feeling worried or uncertain just get another opinion if its same might put u more at ease and if not just tell your current surgoen the other ones opinion and see what he thinks..

I no it's hard not to look at others and compare I do it aswell lol I think all the stress and uncertainty is just part of the process but I think in the end as long as we have decent surgoens none of us will be disappointed in how it turns out just important to be aware of your sugeons qualifications and experience.

Good luck with it all and keep me updated ?

@Glissm oh that was same as me first guy I went to suggested anatomicals but I just didn't feel comfortable with him and no One really knew who he was lol then i found this form and noticed lot of girls on here complimenting another surgoen so decided I'd just go him and see what he says and like you with the second surgoen I just felt much more at ease..

I know I can't believe it either it's very exciting but also very nerve racking too I never thought id ever get to actually do it ?

@BethM I haven't had mine done yet but I will be getting mine done by him in 3 weeks time ?

There are a few girls on here who have had their surgery through him and they all spoke so highly of him and seem to Be very happy with their results. Which is why I went to him in the first place.

He is a very lovely doctor and I think he is going to do a great job. If you search his name in the forum you can read for yourself what people thought, there are a few discussions about him.

Some girls did seem to think he was quite conservative with sizing and seemed to think If you want big you really Had to push him but that definetly wasnt the case with me I just showed him some pictures of what I was after in size and he didn't hesitate to Offer me 450cc, I think he just listens to what you want and also takes into consideration how it will look and just gives an honest opinion on what he thinks will give you what you want but also not making you look ridiculous..

Anyway good luck on your journey and keep us updated on how your consultation goes I don't think you will be disappointed ?

@Glissm oh nice, I'm getting smooth and placed in dual plane aswell but mine are round.. hope I don't get the bolted on fake look, I wanted a more natural look too but I've read round can look quite natural in dual plane placement and also cause as u said gel moves more freely and when u stand up gravity tends to give it that tear drop shape anyway which is what my impression was but now I'm worried coz my implants are different to urz I'm getting smooth round mentor cohesive 1 hp, hopefully mine does the same thing lol..

originally I wanted tear drop for that reason but was put off with the risk of rotation but then my surgoen recommend round anyway so since he is the professional decided to listen to him now all I'm stressing about is bottoming out feel like I should of asked alot more questions lol but from Google searching it seems like it's not a common thing to happen anyway so fingers crossed lol

  • 2 weeks later...

4 sleeps to go and slightly freaking out!

Not too scared about the op itself..... worried about recovery and rethinking size.... am I going to like them? Will they be too big? Is HP going to project too much.... should I have gone mod profile!? Ahhhhh

wish it was Thursday already so I could stop scanning forums, looking at pics and stats of other girls and just relax!
