pink butterfly got a reaction from AlliHarper in Would a rhino improve my face?
Don't listen to strangers who sit behind a computer and like to criticise others. I think your nose looks fine and quite masculine. But if it really bothers you, then I would suggest to go and see a few reputable plastic surgeons who can give you proper advice.

Try Murad Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum. However, this is a bit expensive. If you want more affordable, you can go for Garnier Anti-wrinkle Cream.

Oh gosh I am sorry to hear that. Cross fingers that the outcome is positive for you. The waiting game is a horrible one. Keep us posted. x

pink butterfly got a reaction from I HaveBoobs in A bit concerned
Oh gosh it is the waiting period that is the worst! Hopefully it is just a cyst but you are doing the right thing in getting it checked. My GP sent me off for a mammogram + ultrasound this year when she thought she felt a lump. It turned out to be a small fold in my implant. Hopefully it is something like this for you. Please keep us posted. x

Zipped or button up tops/jumpers. Tracksuit pants or leggings. It is amazing how much we engage our chest muscles when we do even simple activities. The first 5 days will be the worst. But once you turn the corner, you will feel great. Good luck with your op!

I also have the Silimed implant and have had these coming up to 5 years. I guess all I can do is keep a close eye on my health and go to my GP if concerned.

pink butterfly got a reaction from AlanaJ in Drug Use After Boob Job
Your body is doing a lot of healing. I went back to work after having 2 weeks off, and that first week back at work really knocked me around. I didn't touch alcohol for a few weeks mainly because I wasn't craving it. At the moment, my advice to you is to make the best and healthiest choices to give your body a chance to heal. Maybe leave the alcohol and drugs for another month? Or as you said leave it for a couple of weeks but maybe go lightly with it first?

pink butterfly got a reaction from arahia in how many of you with textured implants ? please respond
I have textured Silimed implants which are now no longer used here in Australia. I also got my implants 5 years ago. I just have had a mammogram + ultrasound and the implants are fine. I understand there are risks with this implant but at this stage I cannot afford to replace them. I will just keep a close look out on my health.

pink butterfly got a reaction from arahia in Under eye wrinkles tips?
I am not a skin expert. But one thing that comes to mind is hydration and nutrition. Do you drink enough water during the day? Is your diet healthy? Also are you using the right creams suitable for your particular skin? I am in my 40's and I have naturally dry skin. But I try to have a diet that is free from a lot of processed foods particularly sugars. I also don't have much alcohol. I have to layer my creams on my face morning and night to help hydrate the top layer of the skin.
Another thought - how do you sleep? Are you a tummy sleeper? This may affect wrinkles on the face and neck. You may have to invest in a silk or satin pillow case.
Just my thoughts.

Good for you that you feel amazing! If you find anything that works on the neck, please let me know! I am 43 years old and the ol' turkey neck is beginning! I am using at home dermal rolling + Retinol A cream. But I am always on the look out for something else. I don't want to go down the surgery track.

Thanks so much for that. I'll have a look at those. I am just sticking with the Neutragena one at the moment. If I find something better, I'll keep you posted. x

Hi @pink butterfly , I know this thread is a few months old but wondering how you went in your hunt for an eye cream?
I have recently started using Clarins Extra Firming Yeux which is nice and hydrating for the crepey lines underneath my eyes. I never buy any beauty products without trying samples at home first. Myer has 7ml samples which is an amazing size for free!
A friend of mine swears by Chanel Le Lift Creme Yeux and has amazing skin but it is also more expensive. Unfortunately they ran out of samples when I went there but hoping to try soon.

I agree with @pink butterfly, your boobs do look amazing. They may have been asymmetrical to begin with. The purple nipple sounds unusual, maybe make an appointment with your GP or original surgeon for a check up. You look bruised.

I have to agree with the other ladies even though you were looking at women with simlar stats the same size implant will look very different on everyone as we all have our own unique breast footprint (like a finger print no two are exactly the same ), there is only 20cc which is about 2-3 table spoons between the two implants so like the others i think you'll still end up a C cup but the 295 might just give you that bit more fullness, wishing you luck with your surgery and welcome to the group ?

@pink butterfly and @sabP thank you both for your response. I think I’m just starting to freak out as the countdown is now on for my surgery. Plus I need to stop comparing my proposed implant size to everybody elses! When I remind myself of how I felt in the sizers I feel really good about it all ?
I will let you know how it all goes ?

pink butterfly got a reaction from I HaveBoobs in Do you compare your cc implant size to others?
That is a tough question because I did the same thing when I was doing my initial research. I think it also depends what suits your body shape and how many cc's your anatomy will allow. I just knew I wanted to go from a 10AA cup to a C cup. I got 270cc under the muscle......this has taken me to a small C cup. I am a gym junkie and while sometimes I get booby greed, I am happy with my boobs. I am also in my mid 40's and I didn't want to go too big. I have had my boobs for 5 years now and I couldn't be happier.

pink butterfly reacted to sabP in Do you compare your cc implant size to others?
As @pink butterfly says it's really hard to say. Everyone has a different body shape. However, judging by what others have shared a 275cc will give you a C from an A cup. With the 295cc there will not be much of a difference, perhaps a little fuller but still a C cup. It's only 20ccs difference, when you measure that it's not much.
I had 375cc and I was originally aiming for a full C cup (from a non-existent AA) - I ended up with DD, but I am totally happy with my boobs, they suit my body perfectly and look completely natural to me
Good luck with your final decision and keep us posted!
