I have very recently had breast exchange and upsize with Dr Dona and HE IS AMAZING!!!
I have had implants for 10 years and 3 BA surgeries (Dr Dona being my most recent op) and this most recent surgery has been the easiest and best recovery i've had (in 3 surgeries!!!).
I was back to work in 2 weeks but at the shops at day 2!! Was provided great pain relief (Endone and Pan Forte) and my first 2 surgeries I only ever got Pan Forte.
I wanted XL implants and was told by 2 Qld surgeons that it was impossible and I flew from Brisbane to Dr Dona and he was able to give me 800cc (which is the size I was after).
He is (in my opinion) the best in Australia and the results and recovery speak for themselves.
I will write a Real Self review for him very soon praising his work because I want everyone to know how good he is.

Initially yes, but I would need 20k with revis and dona is over half of that not to mention travel etc. eddy seems to be doing a lot of larger sizes so I'm confident in his ability

1 UNIT of Botox is equivalent to 2.5 UNITS of Dysport. Toxins are measured in units not mls.
Dysport isn't weaker and works really well for some actually better then Botox. The main difference between the 2 is that Dysport spreads further. This actually works in favour of some areas such as crows feet however needs careful injecting in areas such as frown and forehead (to avoid a ptosis- brow drop)
You can't water down Botox, a unit is s unit. If someone is adding more saline to the product it will just spread further. Often in areas you want it to spread (underarms for hyperhidrosis- sweating) it is clinically indicated to add more saline as it's a bigger area to cover. This doesn't water down or affect the efficacy of the product.
Toxins DO NOT have to sting to work. If you mix with normal saline (NS) it will sting but recently the industry moving towards using preserved normal saline (PNS). The difference here is the addition of benzyl alcohol that means it DOESNT sting and the product has bacteriostatic effect. Most up to date clinics (including Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists) use PNS for both patient comfort and it's bacteriostatic effect although using NS is also ok but moreso an old school method of reconstituting Toxins.
As of October 2016 the Medical Board brought a lot of new laws in regards to the Cosmetic industry. One of these included that it is now only accepted that patients see a doctor prior to treatment. Online and video chat is an accepted method. Nurses operating under a doctor who is not physically on premises are legally allowed to communicate though video call. Only those clinics who you don't see a doctor on first visit (either in person or video) are acting illegally and should be avoided. Again more wrong information.
Doctor or Nurse do you research. During the recent submissions to the Medical Board for the new cosmetic laws there were hundreds of people write and and say the Nurses were the best and most competent practitioner for injectables. You can find these online.
Im appalled at the amount of false, completely inaccurate and potential damaging information in this post and pretty much all of it wasn't true.

I'm a Bondi sands girl also, but recently i bought the Mine Tan personal spray kit (gun and two bottles of tanning lotion) and am loving how easy it is to do myself and the colour is great too my fav is the Absolute X20 for that uber dark tan and i also have the violet base one which is a medium to dark colour. Definitely reccomend

I fake tan but I prefer spray tan so purchased the machine, tent and solution and just spray myself (like the Mediterranean tan). Super easy.

If they really bother you ask for the lumps to be dissolved, this is possible, sometimes lumps can form with product placed too superficial or poor post procedural care (massage). Usually evens out after 4 weeks, not not you can put a small amount of hyaluronidase in to reverse.

I would seriously question the integrity of any surgeon who re-operated on you in such short time given the history of your complaints of being too big, now too small. Please spend the money on a good mental health plan and work out what is really bothering you before putting your body through another surgery.

I met a lady today who had Brazilians for 6 years and developed ALCL. Healthy lady in her 40’s no other medical history. The Plastic Surgeon who revised believes these implants to be the cause. She has since had them removed along with some of her own breast tissue and is undergoing fat transfer to reconstruct. It’s the first person I’ve ever met who had ever had this!! It’s so rare but definitely happens...

Consult went great, my BWD is 13.5 (I actually never knew that after all these years ?). I can get 800cc in eurosilicone which has a base of 13.5 and it's the most compact lil implant I've ever seen! But it will give me epic cleavage all the time which is what I want ?
So plan is to see the orthodontist next week then book all my procedures in ASAP. He says I can be back to work in a week which is good for me.
