Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Implants

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

So I’ve been addicted to researching breast augmentation surgery (my husband is beginning to think I love boobs more than he does!). I’ve been looking everywhere at picture of my new boob goals and before and afters of similar starting points to me etc. I’ve recently found a fantastic result with the Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch implants and her result is exactly what I’m after (very similar starting point to me as well). I’m just wondering if anyone has/has had these implants? If so, are you happy with your result? Or conversely, not happy with them?

I don't have these implants but they are a pretty popular choice. The first surgeon I saw was going to use these on me. The surgeon I ended up going with said that Mentor are softer and that's why I chose Mentor. Both are good choices. The Inspira have a higher fill ratio, which makes them less likely to ripple. Mentor are a bit softer but more prone to ripples. There are a few girls on this forum who have them but haven't replied. They probably don't visit this forum anymore coz they're happy with their BA and have moved on! I think they are a good choice. I was going to use these for my revision initially because the surgeon had a 'free set' he could use on me. I didn't do my revision until 6 months later so he used them on someone else. But I would've been totally happy using them. The only reason I went with Mentor again is because I was happy with my first Mentors and figured, why change? I just wanted to decrease the size. Also, the Mentor allowed me to go slightly lower in projection.

Thanks luv, it’s good to know I’m not chasing after something that is not widely used in Australia. With your mentor implants, did you still find you had bounce/squish etc? One of my biggest concerns is my boobs not having any jiggle after I get them done, I still want some jiggle, for me and for my husband!

I have mentor smooth rounds and I'm currently 6 weeks post op. My breasts are starting to become quite soft and definitely getting a little jiggle? I'm sure this will increase further over time.

That’s so good to hear, i have seen some amazing results using the smooth round implants! I have been skeptical of them, thinking they only produced a “bolted on” look but have since realized you can definitely achieve a natural look with them. I was originally thinking anatomical implants would be best but now I’m thinking the smooth rounds will give a nicer feel. I have got consultations with three different surgeons over the next two months so here’s hoping I can decide what I want after seeing them. P.S. I had a look on your profile and your BA results are great!!

Hi just throwing this out there, if by any chance you are told that an Anatomical implant would suit your anatomy better, I have anatomicals and now at 7 mpothey are feeling quite soft and squishy but still have a firmness to them and they definitely do jiggle. But yes the Natrelle Inspra are a great implant my girlfriend has them and her boobs feel very soft and squishy like real boobs ( yes she let me have a grope ?) she is almost 2 yrs po.

Thank you @Wanting boobs, that’s good to know, I was worried the anotomical implants didn’t have as much jiggle seeing as they have to be textured. Are you super happy with them so far? What brand of implants did you get? Hooray to girlfriends, I would probably let my friends have a grope too, if they were curious and asked to see how they feel.

@Chook81 i have Mentor anatomical implants ( 440cc moderate height, hp ) or CPG 323, id upload ajiggle photo to my album but not sure if its allowed or if we can even upload short vids. If you FR me you can see my progress pics ?

I love my boobs and don't regret getting them the only regret is waiting so long to do it.

Hi @Wanting boobs, I just sent you a FR, (not sure if I did it right or not though). I have had one appointment with a surgeon now and he recommended mentor anatomical 440cc dual plane placement. He didn’t say anything about projection though but did also mention that there was there was a similar implant but it’s taller which would be 485cc. He did say I’m borderline lift so I could go for a smaller implant with a lift too. So many different things to consider. I have two more appointments to go now with other surgeons so once I’ve seen all three I can weigh everything up and decide. Nerve wracking but so exciting!!!

Hi @Chook81 the 440cc is the moderate height high (full) projection that is what i have and the 485 will be the tall height in the high projection both have a bwd of 12.5 cm but the projection is a little different. Heres a snippet of the Mentor Anatomical size chart for comparison. Will have a look at my FR and if it's not gone through I'll FR you.

Thanks @Wanting boobs, that’s really helpful. The surgeon I’ve seen so far never mentioned what projection the implants were that he recommended so now I know I shouldn’t be surprised that they are high projection, I am pretty deflated so will need something pretty decent to fill these old tatas back up!!

I have the Natrelle, I really do think that they are as soft as young plump breasts!! I can even sleep flat on my tummy no issues. Natrelle are measured in g not CC, mine are 330g.

Natrelles catalogue measures them in cc’s as they are measured by volume rather than weight. I have my natrelle inspira box in my room with my cc’s on the side. Some surgeons like to use mls or grams as they are interchangeable. But the standard is cc’s.

Ah ok, I’ve a warranty card that says 330g. Either way, they’re soft and lovely!!

That’s what I’d love to achieve, Soft and lovely. Good to know that’s what they deliver. Can I ask if you went over, under, or dual plane?
