  1. I got mod plus and I am happy with the projection because it looks bigger than average and still natural.
  2. Surgery date: 14/01/16 Dr Moradi Left: 330cc mod plus, Right: 375 mod plus Day of admission: I briefly saw Dr Moradi before and he told me what sizes he was thinking of trying . I am glad I just trusted his decision with sizing . I woke up with 330c and 375 mod plus. I did not have to wear a stabiliser and woke up with a carefix bra on. Felt really dizzy and was told my medicine was not ready. This was inconvenient but in the end I saved a fair bit from delivery fees. Priceline accidentally charged me but I got it refunded. day 2: Hardest part of the day is getting out of bed. Even though I sat upright overtime my body slides more and more down and my back sinks into the pillow. I felt as thought I was glued to my pillow and when I get up I felt like I had to use all my chest muscles. The tightness was very uncomfortable and sometimes the pain around the stitches get a bit much so I'd take more meds. Be sure to have someone at home with you for the first two days. Simple tasks such as getting water and getting a bowl of food is such a struggle and you feel rather useless . Pain meds can cause constipation and thats what happened. I took 3 sachets of movicol , increased my intake of fibre. One thing I am super happy about is that I didn't have to go back to the hospital to get any bandages taken off or drains taken out. Going outside and getting into a car is THE LAST thing I want to do. I am in so much discomfort and pain A clear tape/badge was placed over the stitches ( I can't even see the stitches thought it's just some raised black lines) I don't have to see my surgeon again until week 2 post op day 3: Took my painkiller meds more regularly throughout the day. Basic tasks are more doable such as getting water, food. Luckily I had no trouble going to the toilet. I am not able to shower or wash my hair unassisted though. Still cant lift my arms above my head, way too much swelling. Constipation eased off fortunately. Apart from the aching and tightness my ribs felt really sore. Holy lord my back was REALLY SORE! They were tough as rocks it was probably from having to sleep upright for the first few days. Luckily I found a back roller massage tool I started using on myself. I was told that I could now sleep on my back but when I attempted too it was too uncomfortable so now I'm sleeping at a 45 degree angle. Since day of surgery I have no sensation in my right nipple only my left day 6: I realised that if I just took my painkiller meds regularly throughout day 1-2 I wouldnt have experienced so much pain I was trying to stay 'strong' and didn't want to take so many pills , also the pharmacist said endone can be addictive, they used to give it wounded soldiers. Realised I had a huge knot in my hair from not brushing it throughout the first few days, I had to cut it out! So get someone to brush your hair if you can't do it yourself. Day 7: Experienced shortness of breath just by walking a few dozen steps. I still can't stretch my arms straight up above my head but the pain is now gone. The only time I experience discomfort is in the morning when I have to sit up and get out of bed( morning boob) . Drove for the first time since date of surgery, it was uncomfortable, had to used both hands to switch gears and it takes a lot of effort to turn the wheel due to the tightness that I felt . My upper back + shoulders are no longer as sore and are softening up Still got morning boob tho Laughing no longer hurts Day 8: Morning boob was very minor this morning yay! I was wondering when morning boob would stop occuring and it seems like it gets better everyday Shortness of breath after walking down thee street is no longer the case I still dont have much pushing strength in my arms but pulling is no problem . Boobs still feel quiet tight on my chest, feels like I got two hard balls stuck on my chest. I can roll my shoulders with ease and stretch my chest more with no pain just tightness. I have regained sensation in my right nipple but now BOTH nipples are HYPERSENSITIVE. They actually hurt when touched. Both lower half of my breasts are still NUMB, but I full sensation in the top half . Have to admit .. I still experience pain when coughing and sneezing . No big deal it surpasses quickly. Day 16: Morning boob no longer occurs and I can comfortably sleep flat on my back and side. 3 months post opp: All sensation has returned besides the lower half on both breasts. Nipples no longer hypersensitive, they are back to normal. Cleavage gap closed up to the point they are now only 1 cm apart. They are a lot more softer now but don't bounce. I didn't have to massage them but overtime they will continue to soften. I am fitting a full 10C bra. I've been sleeping on my tummy again since 2 months post op I am still using silicone tape on my scars and will continue using them for another 2-3 months as they are still obvious. I hope this information helps you in some way, everyone's BA experience is different but generally some things are common like the sore back, tightness, decreased upper body mobility etc. the severity varies . If you would like to see progress pictures which I upload every week or, so please just message me and I will link you to my dropbox file for it Wishing you all a happy BA journey xox
  3. I have really similar stats to you .51kg, 166cm. I got 330c on the right (which was an 10A) and 380cc on the right (was completely flat). It fixed my asymmetry. I fit a 10C full cup bra and I'm really happy with the size. I still fit most size 6 shirts Even if you want a conservative look you can still achieve it with something bigger. I saw 4 surgeons before my surgery. TWO of them said I couldn't go bigger than 265cc , and the other TWO said I could go up to 380cc! I am so glad I went for the larger option. If you want to see my before and after photos send me a message. xx
  4. It's a horrible feeling when you lie down you feel stuck and have to build up all these courage to get yourself up and out of the bed. As you sit up you feel a rush of soreness and tightness. It was like that for me for the first week. It gets better I am so happy to be sleeping on my side again :')
  5. I think the bigger you go the higher the chance you'll lose sensation. Most of the time it should come back but can take 6-12 months. I started flat and I got 330 and 380. I got sensation back in all areas both of my breast besides the lower half at week 3-4. I'm at week 7 and nipples are still hypersensitive.
  6. Cleavage gap will get smaller as they drop , stay patient. My gap was around 2cm during the first few weeks now I'm at 7 weeks post op it's gone down to 1cm Stay patient your boobs will change so much in the first few months
  7. Hey Jess, Everyone experiences a different level of pain. Mine was more on the painful side probably because mine were under the muscle. Basically first 7 days were the worst ( very sore upper back, ribs hurt a lot , could barely talk , shortness of breath). The feeling of tightness on my chest didn't go away till day 8-9. Morning boob (pain just after waking up in the morning) stopped at day 15-16. Couldn't sleep comfortably on my back till day 16-17. I couldn't sleep comfortably on my side till week 3-4 . Didn't feel completely normal again till week 4. Everyday gets a little better and better. I am at week 7 now and I feel fantastic
  8. I second this, at the moment I am at 6 weeks and they are still in the process of softening so my bras have to fit around them. However get them measured up properly maybe you are not trying on the right sizes. A size B can fit me but is not as comfortable as a size C.
  9. If you're based in sydney go to a good doctor who was able to give their patients a small gap without having to do fat crafting. Look at their gallery and see what their potential is. I started off with a blank palette was bony on top and I was told by dr tavakoli that fat crafting would help me achieve a smaller cleavage gap. Luckily I found a doctor that could give me everything I wanted without fat crafting. Clear cleavage lines and a proportional good size . Dr Pouria . He was also cheaper which was a bonus ($8800) check out my before and after below. My cleavage gap gets even smaller when I wear a padded bra.
  10. • get a neck pillow • get a back massage roller because your shoulders and upper back will be really sore and I mean the sorest they will ever be . • ask if the hospital can arrange delivery of prescription medicine. Or make sure someone can drive back and pick them up for you. • gather all your button up shirts and make sure you go to the hospital in one otherwise expect a lot of pain.. I was not able to wear non-button up shirts till day 16-17 .. Lifting my arms up that high was too uncomfortable • download some good tele shows because boredom from not going out much for the first two weeks will bite you. • buy a training front clip bra or two from target incase the surgical bra gets too tight. • dont forget to brush your hair everyday or get someone to do it for the first week because I ended up with a huge knot and almost had to cut it out ;( . • prep your meals for first few nights . Little things like lifting a bowl can be hard . Best or luck hun everyday gets better and better and you will be back to feeling normal in no time . Morning boob was a ***** and my mine didnt go away till day 16-17 but it WILL stop
  11. Dr Moradi is an amazing surgeon and he is wonderful person in general. I saw 3 other surgeons before him and he allows his patients to email him directly so you will have excellent correspondence with him. He is so genuine , realistic and honest. My BA was $8800 so lollipop lift shouldn't be toooo expensive. You can email him and ask for yourself (maybe send him some photos) check out his gallery http://www.drmoradi.com.au/gallery/
  12. Dr Tavakoli is great if you want D/DD many of patients want that size. He has a lot of experience and does many BA every week . Him, Dr Miroshnik are one of the top surgeons esp in BA. You're in good hands Show him photos because his perception of a D cup might be different to yours. Let him know if you want a natural look or a fuller/faker look.
  13. Dr Moradi charges $8800 and he does an amazing job . Check out his website and gallery : http://www.drmoradi.com.au/gallery/
  14. You should invest in a rolling back massage tool that has a long handle so you can massage your own upper back. It's been helping me heaps .
  15. 8 weeks is still early can take up to 6-12 months for sensation to come back its different for everyone but its too early to worry about that xx
  16. There you go https://www.dropbox.com/sh/muey5umqji4l54b/AACNMg77AREOFMnmzeo0QIOZa?dl=0 I emailed my surgeon this link as well as a link to boobies I didnt want
  17. First 1-2 days post op I was regretting allowing my surgeon to use 375cc and was thinking maybe I should have told him to use 330cc max because they looked huge but now I am day 8 post op and I am already so used to them haha , I don't think they look that big anymore. I am so content with the size and how they are settling. I don't think I'll have any regrets in the future because I went the biggest size I could possibly go I was 10A pre op
  18. From my experience it's not great for the first 3-4 days only and I did not take my pain medication regularly during the first 1-2 days .. I could have prevented a lot of pain but I was trying to be 'strong' and put my less chemicals in my body. I would make sure to take it regularly though because there will be much less pain and it even puts you on a mini high haha.
  19. I have a small petite frame (51 kg, 166cm) and had 330c mod plus on the right and 375cc on the left due to asymmetry. I will most likely end up a natural full C/small D because the surgeon went under the muscle and gave me mod plus profiles which gives a more natural slope especially if you have little breast tissue to begin with. I paid $8800 all up at Park Clinic with Dr Moradi. He is amazing. I am able to email him whenever and I get fast replies. I am day 4 post op and have no obvious upper pole, just swelling on the sides and front. if you want to see photos message me xx
  20. I had different sizes on each side because one side had more breast tissue than the other. Right: 330cc mod plus and left :375cc mod plus
  21. Hey Emma I'm 166cm, 52kg I got 330cc mod plus on the left and 375cc mod plus on the right due to assymetry. I am only 4 days post op but will think I will end up a full C /small d.
  22. Hey Joadster Good to hear that you had a positive experience! what size were you before surgery and what size are you now with the 375cc? Xx
  23. I really hope that's the case! Thanks for the reassurance I got moderate-plus profile so hopefully they will have a natural look . How long did it take for your swelling/tightness to go down? xx
  24. Thanks for your replies girl! I have a really tiny frame and I was hoping to end up a C cup or small D max because I usually wear size 6-8 shirts! I want to keep a petite frame . I kind of regret allowing 375 to be an option need to stop beating myself up about it because I still have a long way to go... I think 290 and 330c would have been better for my frame oh well not the end of the world.
