    Juvederm!
My injector said she would rather die than use restylane.
That's all I really have to ad. No experience myself with those people

I would not pay $600 for restylane. It's a cheap product that is prone to lumping, extreme swelling and then disappearing sometimes after 2 weeks!! Juvederm is such a nicer product and should be easy to find for cheaper then that.

Hi I'm doing alittle research on fillers aswell. Mainly in Victoria. But as I have family in SA I looked into places there aswell. I've heard of 'Aboutfaceskin&hair' is extremely good, just pricey. There located in Mt Barker and also have franchised in another suburb in Adelaide recently. Check them out of facebook.

I usually get 1 ml of emerval every 6 months, it costs me $500 (ish). Anything ive ever had at Laser Clinics has been an absolute waste of money and hasnt lasted longer than a few months. I see Michelle from About Face Hair and Beauty (on instagram) she is the best!

MY UPDATE FOR: 1 WEEK AFTER REVISION
So this past week ive been treating myself like its a BA as told by a nurse to take it easy with no lifting and no driving ect...
I had my checkup on Monday with one of the nurses to get my bandage/dressing taken off and replaced it with the skin colour tape over incision. It felt so good to be changed. The nurse said its healing really good. I had asked if I can drive my car again, lay on my back instead of upright and shower normally. All of those things are ok.
I have been feeling really good for the last 4/5 days. finished my antibiotics on Saturday. I feel like I have recovered extremely well from this revision with no pain and not feeling uncomfortable at all.
    Very happy!!

    Revision for right breast. 17/8/15
Like for by BA I had to fill in admission info the hospital sent me previous to admission day. This time I ticked both private room and public room it didn't bother me where I was placed as it was for a minor revision and only in for the day and also costing me nothing. Fasted from 12am.
So as I previously said I was going in for a minor revision on right implant to be reopened and pushed down about 1cm to match left breast. Done by my surgeon Mark.
    Day 1
I had arrived with my partner at FPH at about 6:45am for admission time at 7am. let the ladies at front desk I have arrived. They got my details, and Medicare info. we were told to take a seat and my nurse came to collect me after about 5mins and said bye to partner.
The nurse took me into her little office to check my details again, made sure I knew what was happening, filling in paper work, weighed me, asked me about allergies and took off piercings. (I have painted fake nails and it wasn't a problem at FPH)
So after that I was taken to my bed in public room with curtains, changed into my gown, I didn't have the silly plastic underwear or compression stockings like i had to wear for last yrs BA.
So waited in my bed with blankets for about half an hour and another nurse had come to speak to me going over every detail again, allergies, what im having done. ect....everyone was very professional.
Waited till about 8am and got wheeled into small room next to operating room, got needle in my hand for drip. was about 5 nurses in there all getting ready procedure then Mark came in to draw on me. then I got wheeled into surgical room and slid on to surgical bed then I got connected up to drip and they put the gas mask over my nose and mouth and after about 4 breaths I was asleep.
All this happen so fast i didn't even get a chance to be nervous.
So woke up at about 8:50. I wasn't under anaesthetic for long, I couldn't believe all that happening in so little time
I was wheeled back to my public room area and kept falling asleep and waking up. for about an hour, I got my antibiotics and painkillers ready to take home and by about 11am my nurse brought me sandwiches, biscuits tea and coffee. I scoffed it all down. and was alittle worried I would spew it all up but I didn't. (when I had my BA last yr in august I think it was the morphine that made me spew everything up I couldn't even sip on iced water)
I was feeling really good after eating and having something to drink. I was dressed and ready for my discharge by 12:45.
I was taken into discharge room where my nurse went over my discharge info, took out my drip thing on my hand and was told I would have my next appointment with Mark next Monday where he will change my dressing and make sure all is well.
Then I was taken to my partner at front desk where I paid around $30 for my antibiotics and painkillers.
So overall my breasts look like there even at the crease but I still have a lot of heeling to do on my right breast. But very happy so far.
First night home I slept on a recliner
    Day 2.
Woke up pretty sore and uncomfortable today. Just been laying here all day in recliner and walking to the toilet. Drinking lots of water and taking antibiotics and painkillers. since ive been home to ive noticed my boob has been making squishy funny noises every now and then when i move my right arm. I think it might be air bubbles. Lol just thought id mention.
I will update again after my appointment on Monday.

So my revision with my surgeon Professor Mark Ashton is coming up on the 17TH of this month for my right implant to be pushed down about 1cm as its sitting a little higher then my left, been right handed my stubborn right chest muscle wouldn't let the implant drop/fluff into its place. It will be just a day procedure so ill be home by the afternoon.
Ive taken 2wks off from work as my job consists of a fair bit of heavy lifting and probably go back on light duties. Ive stopped going to the gym in past week and stopped any upperbody workouts about 2/3wks ago as when I had my op for my BA last year in Aug my surgeon said my chest muscles were tight for the implants to go in.
I'm excited for Monday and looking forward to it. I'm feeling really positive as Its just a minor revision and should be a breeze for him to fix because of all the different work he does.
Ill be updating after my revision as soon as im home and feeling good.

Hi ladies I'm booked in with Mark Ashton for BA next Wednesday 5th August! Last consult this Friday and so overwhelmed with all the options! Thinking around 325cc adjusted for asymmetry and under muscle medium profile smooth rounds. Worried about getting through all the recovery and starting a new job not wearing a bra!!! But hopefully worth it all in a few months and can proudly wear a bikini this summer

Hi to anyone following my progress.
I just had my check up appointment yesterday with Mark. Im about 9months post op. my last appointment was in December. So he checked me out and said my left breast looks perfect and my right is sitting about 1cm slightly higher making the nipples abit uneven/asymmetrical. I have noticed this before but never really said anything when I think I should of now as Mark has recommended and if I want this, to go into theatre again for abit of a revision. Reopen the right breast incision and push the implant slightly down. Its a quick procedure he said and ill be able to go home same day with 1 week rest. Also the best part is he said its going to cost me nothing, No additional costs at all. He said he is a perfectionist and wants them to be symmetrical and perfect. I'm so happy to have him as my surgeon and that he's picky with his work. I have rang the ladies at front desk as soon as I got home to book in revision surgery date and decided on Mon 17th of Aug. I'm feeling really excited for this and looking forward to end results. The only thing im not looking forward to is stopping my fitness as I just started my gym membership and I have tough mudder in Oct and the nurse I spoke to said I should be ok for that as I will need just 6weeks taking it easy.Im willing to do anything to achieve perfect boobs which means no exercise. Im trying to add photo to show any one following me what im talking about with the unevenness but cant figure it out so will try in my gallery.

    Time to add my experience.
My day was on Monday 25th of Aug.
I didnt get to take my laptop/tablet to hosi coz i thought i wouldn't need it. was given free internet access too, damit!
    So im sharing today.
My partner and I arrived at frances perry house about 7:10 for my 7:30 admission. Was a 3hr drive to get there and had absolutely no sleep Sunday night. was worried i wouldnt get there on time but had no probs. So when we arrived i just paid my hospital fee for staying there over night. And then the ladies at front desk showed me what room i was staying in. the private room was excellent. so waited in there till about 8:30with partner, when my loverly anesthetist came to get all my details and checking over a few other things. also was seen by a nurse to make sure i had no make up on and to take my piercings out, and she gave me my lovely stockings to put on and lovely paper underwear and gown. im was soooo surprised i wasn't nervous yet just needed to go to toilet and struggled. didn't get my morn coffee coz of fastening from 12am lol.
So about 9:15 i think it was, i got wheeled away (started to get abit teary saying bye to partner. One of the nurses (so bad with names sorry) was really funny and nice and make me feel really comfortable.
I got wheeled into a room next to the surgery room where Mark came in to see me and started drawing on me. he took a couple of photos Asked if i wanted the 385cc's or 425cc's no hesitation to choose the 425cc!! after that i was wheeled into surgical room where my anaesthesiest put the needle in my arm and still was so calm . after that i was out of it.

Next thing i knew i was waking up from one of the nurses calling my name. they said i was done and it all went smoothly. and i got wheeled back into my room. I was feeling no pain just abit of tightness and numbness. most of the day was abit of a blur falling in and out of sleep. My partner had come back round 3pm to see me.
I was waking up every hr or 2 it seemed like. the nurses would come in for my antibiotics and put that thing on my arm and finger. i was getting morphine just had a button to press every time i started feeling uncomfortable. just felt really tired.
And every now n then i would feel really hot n sweaty and spewed a few times from just having crushed ice. but was really thirsty and couldn't scull the water. finally got food around 6pm and was pretty hungry as i wanted to eat but couldn't really hold it down. the ice cream tasted sooo good lol. after eating i felt alot better. my partner left around 7pm to stay at friends place for night and let me get some sleep for the night. and would see him early next morn.
Around 10pm still Monday i woke up... (thinking it was 10am tues morn! lol) was very confused thinking no nurses had checked on me all night so i desperately called one of the nurses to get them to call my partner to get him to come in lol i think i really confused her too lol the drugs really screwed with my head. i had blinds closed too so i couldn't see out side but could see abit of light coming through thinking it was day light. my partner rang me thinking something was wrong as nurses had called him. that's when i realized it was still Monday night!! omg felt so stupid. and was apologizing to nurse. haha.
Newys so went bak to sleep and also kept waking up every 2 hrs all through the night. woke up round 6am n stayed awake till brekky came at 8am that's when partner came too. i was sooo hungry by then had most of a banana, juice, abit of coffee, toast and croissant and scrambled egg lol was very hungry n kept it all down yay.
Got that needle thing taken out of my arm round 9am then got my drains taken out around 10am.
Mark came in to see me around 11am to let me know everything went great. he was happy and so was i.
before i left i got to see Deb from this forum!! she was in the same day as me and only a few rooms away. so glad i got to meet her!! lovely lady!!. took a squizz at each others pics we had taken. lol grt to have some one there going through the same thing!. hope u r doing grt Deb.
So overall i have had an extremely wonderful experience!!! the nurses at frances perry house treated me with the upmost care and respect and they were so friendly to me and my partner.
Mark is the most perfect surgeon!!! soooo glad i chose him! so comfortable to be around. he has givin me my dream boobs and what a grt job he has done! cant wait to see my new boobs D&F down the track. I think there gonna turn out perfect.
I will try to put up a photo later tonight or tomoz for frnds to have a squizz.
    Day 2
Thinking the morphine had worn off when me and partner were on our way home.
My wonderful partner has been sooo supportive and helpful doing everything for me.
my first sleep in my bed a home i kept waking up really stiff and sore in chest. its really hard getting out of bed! got all my pillows set up on couch and bed. since being at home ive been really gassy lol sorry TMI. having no probs going to toilet. coffee helps lol n 'up and go' milk drinks.
Ive been getting a sharp pain in my left arm near armpit also abit numb, so havnt been using it as much. im right handed. i asked Mark about that before i left hosi he said it was normal and explained why but cant really remember think its got to do with the needle thing being in that arm.
I got endone to take home and has helped for sleeping. and just got panidol for the day. including taking my antibiotics once every 4 hrs.
Making sure im not laying down all the time but still resting alot. the most walking im getting is going to toilet.
    OKAY ALL DONE LOL
Sorry for the long story didnt want to forget nething. So glad we have this forum. thanks to all the girls on here and sharing your own experiences.

8weeks post op on 20th of Oct

At the 6th week post op up date i rambled on abit about all my worrys and have now finally reached my 8 week check up with Professor Mark Ashton.
Feeling so much better than week 5/6.
Mark has confirmed the pulling feeling in left boob is just the muscle not fully settled/stretched.
And also that pulling feeling has gone away alot more since week 5.
Left boob i think has dropped alittle more and catching up to right. they look pretty close to even.
Like alot of girls have said they start to feel good at week 8 and onwards and i agree.
So at my 8 wk check up He asked if im happy with the size and im totaly happy with size!!! the shape i think is exactly what i wanted too.
I asked if i can stop wearing the binder strap thing and he said yes. And was soooo happy to get rid of that bloody thing!!
He said i can go swimming now if i want. I can do light exercises now and light running too. im allowed to wear wireless bras now and was so excited about that i already bought a couple of wireless sports bras. cant wait to get properly sized aswell.
I can now stop wearing the tape on the incisions if i want but he said if there not irritating me that it would be good if i can keep wearing it for longer which i dont mind coz they dont bother me at all. so i will wear them for a few more weeks.
Incisions look really good too. Im allowed to get spray tans.
Still feel numb in some spots.
As the weeks go on they are starting to feel better n better. feeling pretty good atm!

    3 WEEK POST OP UPDATE
Boobs haven't changed much since week 2. Im still wearing the strap/binder thing. left boob is still sitting alittle higher then right not far of though
Still get small pains here and there but go away within seconds. My skin and nipples feel sore sometimes too so I'm bio-oiling twice a day also because ive noticed a couple of faint stretch marks but hardly noticeable, which im not really worried about. Ive also been getting a minor pain i notice every now and then in left boob (top right side of left boob) i notice it more when i sleep on my right side. And also feels like im noticing it less and less every day so hoping its just part of healing process.
Half way through week 2, i was blow drying and brushing my hair and noticed i have 3 lines under my right boob and sort of a pulling feeling and knew straight away its mondors cords. i also have one under left boob too. i had researched it in the past so knew what it was straight away. so total bummer on that! Not really worryed as Ive read they go away/resolve by them self and wont do damage but Should i be telling my surgeon or nurse??? thinking it wouldn't really matter if they resolve by them self.
Other than all that they are looking and feeling really good!! loving them!! Cant wait to wear normal tops instead of hoodies and scarfs all the time coz of binder thing And get tans again lol looking forward to that, with warmer weather not far away.
