Thanks to the ladies on here my decision has been swayed to stay in Perth to get my surgery. Only problem is i can't find enough results or reviews to make my mind up. Im also very new to this forum so any advise would help really as i have kept my wanting surgery a secret and havent got any advise on it at all though ive done all the research on what bad thing could happen but it all seems worth it to not feel like a boy anymore. Hi ladies, this is my 1st forum, but I really wanted to hear your views on this. I am due to have a BA with Anoop Rastogi who appears to have a very good reputation from the chatter I've seen on line (and I really liked him when I met him in person) however I am getting lots of pressure from friends/family about the fact he's a cosmetic surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. So I have 2 key questions - 1) Cosmetic vs Plastic Surgeon? 2) Anoop Rastogi vs Michael Miroshnik? Thanks for sharing your views and experiences. KK

Now I've looked into TCI a lot more I am thinking of possibly getting my BA done there instead of Thailand with Dr Piyapas. But I have no noticed all the surgeons at TCI are only cosmetic where as in Thailand they are Plastic surgeons and some reconstructive surgeons which are better and higher qualified. At the end of the day, is there much of a difference between Cosmetic or Plastic surgeons? Opinios please!

I was hoping there would be someone on this forum that has had this same problem and can offer some advice. I had a great consultation with Dr Harwood and I trust his opinion completely, but thought that I would ask a few questions here before I send him an email tonight. I have recently completed a set of before and after 3D physical models for a patient to evaluate the outcome of a rhinoplasty and jaw reconstruction. These were based on a 3D scan taken of his face and modified on the computer and then created using computer aided manufacturing. the patient was also able to see the photorealistic 3D model on the computer. The patient's response was that it was invaluable to be able to touch and feel and see the outcome in 3D before committing to surgery. What are peoples thoughts about this?
