Hey Everyone So i quite like the look of Dr Merten's and Dr Moradi's BA work and I would like some input/reviews and comments from anyone who knows anything about these surgeons. They have excellent reviews but I am always a little apprehensive to base my choice on online reviews. I would love to hear from anyone who's had a BA with these surgeons or who's had a consult with them. Hi all, Needing some advice on the correct terms to use when referring to the problems with my first rhinoplasty. Obviously one nostril is higher than the other but needing some clarification on what others think the problem is. I was meant to be getting married this year but have postponed it due to the state of my nose. I am not currently working either because of my insecurities of my nose. I am waiting advice on what surgeon would be best to hopefully fix my nose. Any advice is muchly appreciated. I have added photos to view.

I want to get my tear troughs filled and am looking for a good injector in melbourne. Being such a tricky area, need recommendations - i have seen a couple of RN's but they are affiliated to beauty salon's which doesn't give me a lot of comfort. One even advertised that her services were being 'supervised by a cosmetic surgeon'. Turned out, she was going to have a two min intiial consultation on skype. Hi ladies, this is my 1st forum, but I really wanted to hear your views on this. I am due to have a BA with Anoop Rastogi who appears to have a very good reputation from the chatter I've seen on line (and I really liked him when I met him in person) however I am getting lots of pressure from friends/family about the fact he's a cosmetic surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. Now I've looked into TCI a lot more I am thinking of possibly getting my BA done there instead of Thailand with Dr Piyapas. But I have no noticed all the surgeons at TCI are only cosmetic where as in Thailand they are Plastic surgeons and some reconstructive surgeons which are better and higher qualified. At the end of the day, is there much of a difference between Cosmetic or Plastic surgeons? Opinios please!

Hi all, I am very interested in getting a laser gum lift as my teeth appear quite small because of my gum. I had a consultation yesterday with a dentist who told me all about the procedure (what's involved, how long it takes, how much it costs). However, I would like to go for a second consultation with someone else before I make a decision. Has anyone had a particularly good experience with a cosmetic dentist in Melbourne? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'd also love to hear from people who have had a laser gum lift.

I have recently completed a set of before and after 3D physical models for a patient to evaluate the outcome of a rhinoplasty and jaw reconstruction. These were based on a 3D scan taken of his face and modified on the computer and then created using computer aided manufacturing. the patient was also able to see the photorealistic 3D model on the computer. The patient's response was that it was invaluable to be able to touch and feel and see the outcome in 3D before committing to surgery. What are peoples thoughts about this?
