fishlips 34
So i have naturally nice breasts, 12DD and can also fit into a 10E bra. I would just like them bigger and more volume up top. However i havent had kids yet and am not on contraception and married so my thoughts are, should i get the implants now or just wait until i have kids or at least 1 to fix them up because i intent to breastfeed and since i havent started any research on this yet i dont even know if you can breast feed with implants. I have had my nose done with andrew greensmith so i was thinking of getting my breasts done with him too because he knows me etc. He says to me " it seems that all i do these days is noses and breasts" which gives me more confidence that he would be extra skilled. I do like the fake look but not too fake if you know what i mean. I just like big breasts. Also i have vertical chest wrinkles from sleeping on the side and stomach so will implants make this stick out more or mask them? Something similar to the bottom photo (thats not me) If i knew how to get rid of them i would but have no idea So whats peoples thought on when i should do it and whats the different result with under the muscle or in front of the muscle and risks with either? PlatinumBlondeBoobs 110
Hey Love enjoyed your post you have many question to be answered. I my self did a lot of research and it is out there the net is loaded with good advise. This is something you and your hubby will need to talk about because he will be a huge part in the lovely journey you are going to take. My journey was a revision on January 17, 2024 to replace implants that were 36 years old. My Gynecologist suspected a rupture in my left breast 2 years ago my hubby and I decided on going to a PS about having a revision. My implants before were 225cc and 235cc, making me 38 large D and in some bras a DD. PS replaced with 520cc, high profile over the muscle to give me more projection, I still have some swelling went to purchase another surgical bra and was measured to a ripe 38DDD sure hope this is true after the rest of swelling goes down realizing my girls were very much compressed. Again research you are a most endowed lady already check out the different profiles of silicon, the different cc that are available, set up a consultation with a PS that you trust. I will answer one question you ask about breast feeding. Yes you can from what I have read, even though I had no experience in this both my two sons were bottled fed. You will make the right decision. Keep in touch as to your decision. Remember research, and research more. Hugs & Kisses ( . )( . ) PBB
fishlips 34
Thanks Platinum blonde for your information. The reason i ask about before or after child birth is because if i get it done before i dont want my boobs to sag and do it again, so dont know if they will sag after breastfeeding with implants. My husband is all for it, some of it was his idea too lol but he feels uncomfortable with another man (the ps) looking at my breasts even for the consultation. He said i would probably have to go with someone else to support me in that appointment, hes too cute. Wow youre DDD now, i never heard of a DDD. Its already hard enough for me to fins bras with a slim frame but bigger cup sizing. Thank you again and i will start researching. PlatinumBlondeBoobs
PlatinumBlondeBoobs 110
Hi Love don't really believe they will sag that much, I went for 2 consultations the first was a male he was super nice he measured me and yes hubby was in the room and yes I know he felt a little uncomfortable but he made it. I told the PS I would like to go larger he said 350 to 370cc and if I wanted to go larger than that I could wear a padded bra. Wow we marked him off the second PS was a Lovely Lady Dr. she was so nice she said you have a lot of tissue to work with and she would use sizer once the implants were removed to determine the best look for me. Again she used 520cc over the muscle. Here in the US a triple DDD would be a F cup it just sound bigger triple DDD(HeHe) And yes it is more difficult to find tops, dresses, and yes bras with the bigger girls but you know its worth it. The confidence and the sex appeal that these girls bring wow. Lovely Lady with your size already already even a small implant you are going to be huge. And yes go on and have those kids. Below PO I believe was 8 days Hugs & Kisses ( . )( . ) PBB
fishlips 34
Thank you, your husband must be one happy man lol. After watching a few youtube videos looks like i would prefer silicone implants medium profile. I will set up a consultation soon to get more information on when best to do it for me
Girl1999 59
I've breastfed a baby and would think that having implants would make it more uncomfortable. It's bad enough already! My breasts were fine till I fed. Now they have no volume on top. I'm getting implants of course. Feeding changes the shape of boobs totally. Also makes your nipples a little bigger. Just things to think about.
fishlips 34
So do you think it would be better to wait until having kids? I dont want to have to do it again if i get it done before hand
Girl1999 59
Personally I'd wait till afterwards. Then you know what issues breast feeding has caused that you want to fix. Some women need a lift and implants after. Breast feeding doesn't last that long in the scheme of things really. I reckon if you go to the trouble of feeding, you deserve to buy yourself some nice boobs after!
JD* 361
If I was in your situation, I would get implants after having kids. I have 3 kids (4, 8 and 16) and I’m definitely done, so I’m ready to gain what I lost in my chest area ? I wear a 10B bra but they’re like pockets as my breasts doesn’t fill the cup, I have no volume whatsoever! I breastfed my kids for a short time (less than 2.5mths) and it made big changes to my breasts. If you plan to have kids close in age, you’ll get your implants in no time. But ultimately it’s up to you ? Goodluck!
TheFox 101
I think it depends on how soon you want to have children - my twin sister had a baby about 1.5 years after her breast augmentation and she was still able to breastfeed her son. She didnt much like her breasts when she was breastfeeding but now she has stopped they have returned to how they were before baby. If anything, the look a little more natural now as the skin is not as tight over the implants. Some women will need additional surgery after babies to fix their breasts, others wont. If you are planning on kids soon then waiting would be a good idea but if kids are planned for sometime in the future and this is something you really want to do then I would go for it. Filling out your chest volume with an implant is also likely to help your chest wrinkles as it will pull the skin tighter.
fishlips 34
Thanks ladies. yes I think I will wait I just hope the price doesn't increase lol. i think I will definitely need work after having kids with all the stories I hear. MaisieF
pink butterfly 1,509
I personally would wait until after having children especially as you said you already have nice breasts and you mentioned that you don't want to have too many BA surgeries. I breastfed all 3 of my kids and they are now 15, 12 and 10 years of age. I had even less breast tissue after I had breastfed my last child. In saying that, I was a 10A before kids and then after breastfeeding I was a very sad 10AA. My kids sucked me dry! Lol! Just my opinion. x

MaisieF 1,114
Definitely wait! I had a baby 2 years post BA & they have changed a fair bit. They still look good & more natural after pregnancy but I liked them more before I fell pregnant. For me now it’s just a good excuse to get a redo earlier than originally planned. ? cm29 58
I’m 19 made my decision early to have them done to enjoy them while I’m young but I don’t plan on having kids anytime soon either. I think if kids are on the near horizon I would get them done after.
