Girl1999 59
I guess this has been asked plenty of times but when did your implants feel soft? I'm 7/8weeks po (starting to forget now) they're settling nicely but still feel firm ontop, basically where the implant sits under the muscle. The underside is soft though. I'm embarrassed to hug people! When did yours change?

I'm embarrassed to hug people! When did yours change? Hey @Girl1999 I'm just over 4 months post-op and mine have softened quite a bit, but they are still firm if that makes sense. They are not as soft and squishy as real boobs, but they don't feel like rocks either! Hahahaha the whole hug thing can be awkward at first, but gets better. It also depends on your type of implant and gel - I believe round implants get softer and squishier faster than anatomicals. I have Mentor Cohesive Gel III which is the most firm gel, but like I said I feel that are definitely softer and I am very happy with how they feel (as is my partner ) But with some anatomicals it can takes months or up to a year for them to be fully soft/squishy... Hope that helps I HaveBoobs, Girl1999 and JD*
pink butterfly 1,511
I found by 9 months post op that I could jiggle my boobs a bit if I jumped up and down. It just takes time for things to soften. sabP and I HaveBoobs
I HaveBoobs 951
I'm about 5 and a half months post op and my boobs are a bit like how @sabP described they feel soft but with a little firmness more on top like you described, i can give them a little squish now but think it will be closer to the 12 month mark like @pink butterfly said before they start to feel like natural boobs , they do get softer it just takes time. PlatinumBlondeBoobs 110
Enjoy reading the comments by you lovely ladies of boobs and how each of our bodies are different. As for me with the revision after the swelling went down my girls were very soft and juggiley. I ask my PS when mine would drop and fluff after the 2nd week of PO she said they most likely were where they be. Sure enough super soft fuller, hubby can't keep his hands off them. He compliments me each day how great I look and how wonderful and natural they feel. I don't really know if this was because of the pocket was already formed from my previous breast surgery 35 years ago. But I almost doubled in size of implant from 226 to 520. My next visit to PS is in October at that time I will ask her. dignamom42 12
Hi there. My husband (who feels them often LOL) told me he felt a big difference after 4 weeks after my surgery in Manila. I noticed that they are feeling softer all the time. My good doctor, Dr Rino Lorenzo said they would keep getting softer for awhile. But at a month out they feel pretty darn good. I didn't do any message either, just let them do their thing. The time really does fly. Good Luck Girl1999
MelbGal 282
To be honest mine softened so nicely within a couple of months, they settled and dropped really quickly and I think it’s because they didn’t start up under my neck lol! But I know it’s normal to take months even 6/9 months to do so maybe longer depending on many factors such as size, what you were before, how tight your muscles are etc I HaveBoobs
Girl1999 59
Thanks so much guys, I'm going braless in the evening round the house, trying to get them to settle in more. Love the shape but want more softness, I think it will take a good few months. Wil let you know. But it do love my boobs I HaveBoobs, cm29 and sabP
