It’s so hard to say, since everything looks different on every person, but I’m 5’6” 125lbs, 12 and 12.5 bdw. I had 345cc moderates put in 7 weeks ago and I’m very pleased. I wouldn’t mind if they were slightly larger, but my surgeon was quite specific about doing an implant that he felt would fit correctly, and therefore recover correctly. Ok, who since having their BA keeps loosing food down your cleavage ? ever since my BA without fail i will loose bits of my Trail mix down my cleavage at first it was amusing but now its getting frustrating having to go fishing in my boobs for stray food. ????

It went great!! I could have gone larger I suppose, but I’m very very happy with my size! Recovery was in stages, but each day is better! I have pics in my gallery if you’d like to see!

Hi Mumma-K! I had mine done 6 weeks ago tomorrow. I have a 5 year old and an 18 month old. The first 3 days were the hardest, mostly because I was tired from the meds. By day 5, I felt fairly good. The most pain I had actually came from not being able to go to the bathroom! Surgery and meds made that part rough!
I had help for 8 days. After that my MIL had to leave and I was on my own during the day. I was fairly creative with feeding and changing, thanks to suggestions from the ladies here, but I did still have to lift him into the crib for naps.
By 4 weeks PO I felt completely (with my drs blessing) comfortable toting my son around as needed, but still kept it to a minimum, as much as one can.
Just communicate well with your dr, and he will help you feel good about the amount of activity you should/shouldn’t do.
My daughter asked me why my “milk is back”! ???

It is still early days and you are in the healing process. A little bit of asymmetrical is normal in nature and also in our bodies. Your boobs look great.

I wouldn't worry, I had a set which looked way more asymmetrical than yours here...
They still look great ?

You just gotta remember, no two boobs will EVER be the same. There will always be a slight, sometimes very very slight difference, but it’ll be there.
You’ll probably drop down a bit more, and they’ll just get softer ect..... but if you were a little bit asymmetrical prior, you will most likely have that same result, just with larger boobs of course.
It’s such a subtle difference, you have nothing to worry about.

Hi @Zoey23 my pre op boobs were slight asymmetric and i had the same size implant in both breasts, for what seams like ages they felt uneven and my left dropped faster than my right but by the 5 month mark they started to even out and if i stand and stare at them for a while i think i can see a slight diffrence still but my hubby thinks I'm just seeing things as he says they look the same, gi e it some more time and trudt the process. Ps your pre op boobs look similar to mine so i think they should even out nicly but dam girl they look pretty great now and like SabP i had to really look . ?

Wow they look AMAZING! I have slight asymmetry due to having kids and if they end up as good as yours after I have my surgery, I'd be super stoked! So in your case, you have nothing to worry about!

Did anyone with slight asymmetry even out? I mean, they are a million times better than before, so if they don’t, I’ll be fine. Just curious. Had the same size implant put in both sides.

No asymmetry before hand, it's fairly common for your dominant side to drop quicker...I'm not fussed, leftie will drop over the next few months...

I’m o my 3 weeks PO, but have the same issue! My PS assured me they will even out!

So I had my surgery two days ago. I let the surgeon decide on the size in theatre, though he knew I was worried about it being too noticeable (but also worried I'd get boob greed). So I have ended up with the smaller Mini Motiva Ergo 310cc implants. The shape looks great, my recovery has been a walk in the park so far (fingers crossed), but I think I might get boob greed. Though if they were bigger I'd be worried they would end up too big so either way I would worry! I hope I don't have much swelling that will make them smaller, and I hope they fluff a bit too! I'm impatient to see the end result. I've posted some pics on my profile
