Hey all, I'm seeking opinions on pros and cons between implants being placed over the muscle vs under the muscle? I'd been really keen hear people's experience with both. Also I'm very active and work out at the gym last days so I'm not sure which one is better for people who work out regularly. And advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am about 6 Months post op with round textured implants placed under the muscle. I was very flat chested and went for 385cc.. my implants have always sat quite perky as if I was wearing a bra. About 2 week ago I was adjusting my breasts into a bra and they became quite sore, maybe I was a bit too rough. It was a similar pain to post op. Then once the pain went away I noticed my breasts have slightly more movement and feel softer. Even my partner thinks so. I’m not complaining it’s much more natural now but how has this happened? Is this normal?

I was wondering if anyone has implants which 'squish' and feel soft when lying down? Is the Natrelle/Inspira 'responsive' gel SOFTER than the Mentor 'Cohesive I' ? I was told they're exactly the same once under muscle, but now I'm curious if that's really the case i figure all implants need to retain their shape in some way, but noticed some reviews where girls say they still feel soft even when laying flat. Are they just lucky? Or is it the brand/type of implant?

Stats 420cc anatomical implant unders, 10B, 2 kids,163cm, 58kg Surgery Day Arrived 7.30 and taken to share room and told first patient had just gone in for surgery so I'd have a couple of hour wait. Heyyy, I'm just looking for anyone with approx the same stats as me so that I can get an idea of what implant you got and what cup size you had post op? Last Monday I had my breast augmentation. I got 430cc, round, under muscle. Pre op I was about a 10B or 12B. Im 62kg and 170cm. The surgeon has done an amazing job, but i'm starting to wish i went bigger Thank you xxx

I think I read somewhere that you should stop chest exercises pre op if going under the muscle. How long pre op should I stop ??

Hi girls. I'm new here and I'm 2 weeks post op. My signature shows my stats. I like my new boobs but I'm really hoping they get a size or 2 bigger once my pec muscle relaxes (not sure if I'm living in hope!). I got high profile, under the muscle, crease incision, 350cc left, 375cc right. Today is day 33 since surgery. So how am I liking my implants so far? I have just received an evaluation form from dr worapong from bangpakok 9 hospital in thailand and he wants to do above the muscle implants as they will keep my breasts looking more natural and closer together. Hi Ladies, So I have my BA booked for the 14th Dec and I'm so excited! The only thing I'm worried about is what size to go! I'm a tiny size 6 and my ps have suggested a 325cc on my right 350cc on the left under the muscle! I don't know if I should stick to the 325cc on the right thought because I'm going under I have heard you lose a bit of the size but then because I'm so small I don't want to look HUGE and ridiculous! Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
