On my way to Bangkok.....consult and surgery tomorrow with Dr Boonchai BL / BA. Fixing my saggy DD's. A range of emotions at the moment. 6 years of research all comes down to finally real and happenin

Hey ladies! I'm on the other side!! I'm in a fair amount of pain but it's not unbearable. It hurts to sit up, like the elephant on the chest!! All looking good though. ??

OMG we are now on the "day" countdown! Feeling soo much anxiety. I am off this avo flying out for work until late Wednesday when I arrive home only to go into surgery first thing Thursday morning! Tha

Hey @Wandering Fairy,

have you been using the bio oil on just your under boob where the scar will be or all over your boobs?

I was thinking about post op shirts. And I was gonna get a bunch of button up shirts but then I was thinking about how you put a button up shirt on... I know you can get one up in smooth sailing but then to get the second arm in, you'd have to do the little T-Rex arm and bend it backwards which I think will be painful ?

What does everyone else think of post op shirts?

Hi ladies just a quick chiming in here @donatella not long now so freaking excited for you can't wait to see your new girls ? And also ladies the button up tops are overrated two breast jobs for me and my recommendation is those simple boho style dresses the ones that you can step into and pull up especially this time of year I also wore long singlet dresses around the house as easy to step into as well remember button up shirts with big boobs will hang loose from your boobs down and you will feel very round wearing these and recovery you want to feel comfortable but still with a little sas ?? good luck girls

I've been using it all over my breasts including under where the scar will be.

As for shirts I just got 2 $12 sleeveless shirts from Kmart.

Today I picked up my Clexaine (family history of DVT's) ........... and I have started to go through my cupboard looking for button up tops.......... not sure I have many!! I am a little nervous about the whole nipple cutting thingy (BL part of the surgery)...... but know it will all be okay!!!! I also told my Mum last night and she of course is now worried sick - but 150% supportive (despite her "I love your breast line, its petite and always looks lovely"...... Yep Mum that's in a bra! Shame I have to roll them up to put them in there

Everyone - I have a private album with lots of before photos in prep for the amazing transformation ............ don't forget to pm me so you can all share in my progress! Tomorrow I am flying to Central Queensland for work - I will be writing down all my "prep" things while on the plane....... Only 16 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Don surprising I found that the first with drains was more painful second time no drains and it was so so so much better recovery even with my lift I thought it would hurt but nope breeze through you are having third time round I reckon you will be absolutely fine and they will look divine ? I honestly wasn't going to get any button up shirts because I have so many sundresses that are super easy to get on and off, but then I thought 'what if I get really bad swelling and it's super noticeable with the dresses on?' and 'those dresses are strapless... which means the post op bra will definitely be visible (for around the house I don't care but if I wanted to to to the grocerie store or for a walk or something)', so I figured two cheap button up shirts couldn't hurt. Did you find either of these things an issue?

My sundresses have the elastic thick straps so they hide the bra strap itself and the swelling I wasn't concerned enough to try and hide when I went out, not an issue at all but you also have to be comfortable as well during the healing process as will take a while to all settle and calm down younsound organised anyway ☺️Not long now

So I've seen so many girls have a Post Op List of stuff they brought.

I actually don't have one And I was wondering if you girls can give me an idea of what I need? I have printed off a timeline for what things I can start doing in however many weeks. But I don't have anything for like my recovery.

I know I need pillows and ice packs but that's all I've got I'm feeling so unprepared now.

Hey ladies 9 days to go for me eeeekkkkkk super super excited.....when do you think I need to stop the gym aka weights?? I've been going everyday to smash some sessions before I have to stop ?

From previous experience stop all upper body now!!! The tighter your pec muscles are the harder recovery one will have...I trained right up to my first BA and went hard on chest thinking I was doing the right thing in fact my pec muscles were that tight that they clamped down on my implant which gave it the frankenboob look in the first 5 days and took longer for the drop and fluff process to take place because they were tight and swollen as the pec muscle went into shock clamp down mode lol hideous but then again everyone is different..this is just my personal experience...

I have seen some button up stretchy short sleeved t-shirts in cotton on that I will check out soon. My prep starts on Thursday - 2 weeks pre op - with Arnica spray and avoiding alcohol ? and getting my medication. I found a pic of a girl with same shape, profile and size that I have chosen and even tho I dont know what she was pre-op, I am so excited that I have a good idea of the outcome. Getting excited girls!!

Hi

I'm booked 2/2 for capsuletomy and implant exchange (bigger size) last surgery 2001 (bad recovery)

any tips on anxiety before surgery. Spoke to surgeon yesterday who mentioned after capsuletomy and new implant chance of rippling due to breast tissue.

stats: 178 cm 62 kgs 12.5 bwd

currently 340 cc (grade 4 cc) surgeon considered 460 cc (120cc difference)

in my eyes 120cc seems massive arrhhh...

so indecisive and anxiety driven

thanks so much
