Hi ladies! I had my boobies done in September 2015... I was paranoid I would be going too big with 505cc moderates.... I am 6 foot tall & weigh an athletic 80-85kgs. My surgeon tried to push my to the 565's but I was worried about them making me look fat. Straight away after the op I wished I went bigger!! I actually re-booked in to go up to the 625cc xhp's a week after my op but then freaked out and cancelled it, thinking it would be best to let my 505's settle. 9 months on and everyone is obsessed with my boobs, my friends are all jealous, they look big and super natural... but I still wish I went bigger and want that semi "fake" look, which no one else seems to understand! and it's weird because I never thought I'd want big fake tits. ANYWAY, my surgeon is an absolute legend & I am going back in on Wednesday to get 700 or 750cc XHP's!! He says I could go up to 800's even but I won't do that. I like to exercise a lot and that is a concern for me. I have not told many people because I know they will try talk me out of it... But I am tall and I think they will look amazing! Just wondering if anyone else with similar stats has done a similar upgrade? Thanks xx

So yesterday morning I had my consult and surgery with Dr Boonchai. It was such a pleasant experience and he is so lovely! Of course a bit clinical in his approach but does have a little bit of a giggle here and then and he definitely makes sure you know all that you need to. i decided upon 350s textured, round, unders and endoscopic transaxillary (through the armpit). I didn't want my boobs to have scars on them and Dr B said he can achieve better placement! Although it is longer recover especially combined with under the muscle, he said it's the scar that will be more important. Trying on the sizers were fun! I have a very small diameter so even 325 was pushing it but he gave me 350cc to try on and they were so much better than I chose them even though he said there would be a little bit of a risk. My boobs are also uneven so that means 325 in my bigger boob and 350 in my smaller boob. The nurses were so lovely and sweet. However in the operating room I was waiting on the table for a while, doctor wasn't in yet then one of the ladies said to take a deep breathe which I didn't understand what for until I realise it was the anaesthetic! I little warning would have been appreciated but I'm not really bothered Got back to my room and just in and out of sleep for the whole day. I tried to drink and eat but would vomit each and every time. My chest also felt like someone was sitting on it, breathing is a little bit difficult and you don't realise how much you use your chest muscles! Crazy. My boyfriend had to take me to the bathroom and feed me etc. Today is my 2nd day post op and I feel better but still really really sore. I had my drains removed and I was expecting it to be really painful as many of you girls said but not at all! I got to go home and just chilling in my room with room service and my boyfriend. He's been super good, I've also cried a few times but I'm not sure why. Also a few tips, if you have acrylics it might be better to get them removed in Australia. I went to Jungcylon and at a proper 'salon' it was going to cost 40/50 aud. in Australia, it costs about $20 so I found somewhere else that removed them for much cheaper but I was literally there for 2+ hours with her wrapping my nails in nail polish remover and tin foil and trying to scrape it off! Get a really good back massage because of all the sleeping up right you're going to be doing! And i recommend buying a posture support pillow from Target, costs lik $10 and it's the best thing ever! P.S I know it's only 2 days post op but... My boobs are really high and pointy and I know they're swollen but I'm wondering with D+F they will get bigger? Or I dunno! And had dr B ever measured you as a cup size when you tried on your sizers and you ended up being much smaller? Thank you ladies! I'll keep you up to date on my progress x

Hi ladies! I am booked in for my BA 3 weeks from now. I am 173cm tall (5ft9) and about 72kg (160lbs) My surgeon suggested the 450cc extra/ultra high profile implants. I'm just concerned that they will be too narrow for my chest? She didn't measure my BWD and I did at home (although no guarantee its correct) and I ended up with 14cm. My surgeon did make a remark that I had a wide chest so I'm wondering why she chose UHP? Does anyone with a BWD similar to mine have UHP implants? I am thinking of going for 450cc HP round silicone overs (mentor) implants. Do you think that would be better then the UHP? Or do you think I should be going up in cc's abit more since I am lowering the profile? I wear a 34B bra, what size do you think those implants would get me to?

Unsure about sizing, I have been to my consult and the surgeon suggested 295cc high profile allergen (teardrop) he then asked what I thought of that for a natural look and I said I think I would like to see something bigger so he showed me 325cc. Which looks really nice on vectra imaging. I really want a natural look in proportion to my body so I'm 173cm tall and 53kgs with wider hips. Just looking for an opinion as some peoples 325cc look huge but 295cc looks tiny on some!!

I'm booked in for surgery on the 11th of august but due to privacy reasons the company can't show me before and after pictures by the surgeon (Dr. Joe Rizk). I'm having my consultation on the 3rd of august however he has suggusted i get silicone 425cc round high profile inplants. I want to go to 10DD/E (i'm not sure how big that really is since i dont have boobs at all :/) I am very barely a 10A, i've searched the whole of google back and front about this topic believe me! Some ladies say pre op they were 10A but appear to be much bigger than me. I have nearly NO breast tissue at all, only a very small amount. Most 10A bra's don't fit me and push up bras literally don't help at all unless i have chicken fillets in... but even then it doesnt do alot. So anyway, i'm hoping some ladies out there can help me out give me advice with sizing and show me some before and after pictures of there own preferablly without holding or pushing there boobs and no bra. I already follow the cosmetic institute on Insta but i'm not going with them! Preferably show me pics if you went from 10A to 10DD or 10E and what size you got etc Other factors: I'm 5'2, 18 years old, smoker (severely cut back for surgery) so if you are similar or went through surgery and continued to smoke please help!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou!

Well April 13 was my day! Bilateral Breast Augmentation by Andrew Broadhurst of Enhance Plastic Surgery in Brisbane. I got 410cc, over the muscle, anatomical silimed furry brazilian silicone implants, high profile. I live in Hervey Bay and luckily for me doctor Broadhurst flies his own plane (yes!) here every month and consults and operates out of the St Stephens private hospital. So, no big travelling for me on the day, just a few minutes up the road and I am at the hospital. I had to be at the hospital at 6.30am with my surgery scheduled for 7.30am. Ideal! I got there a few minutes early with hubby and kids in tow (school holidays) and I went straight in to the nurse for my medical check up and sexy stockings. Even got nice new warm anti slip socks, theatre gown, dressing gown and two heated blankets. As soon as check up was done I said bye bye to the family and went to get changed. I was only in the waiting room for about 10 mins when the nurse came in and did my canula and took my bag to recovery. The anesthesiologist soon followed to have a chat and talk prescription meds. In no time Andrew Broadhurst was there to draw me up and take more pics. I was then led straight into theatre where I took a look at the clock at 7.32am. Right on the dot! All staff were super sweet and never had a moment of freaking out. Anesthesiologist put a gas mask on before telling me to think of a beautiful dream and that was it. Next thing I remember is a nurse in peri op waking me up saying "you have new boobies!" I was moved from peri op to recovery at 9.46am according to the paperwork. Not sure how long I was in actual theatre. A nurse helped me change into my clothes and gave me more heated blankets as I couldn't stop shaking. Side effect from anesthetic and I was cold which didn't help. In recovery it took me a while to stop falling asleep but they looked after me beautifully with cups of tea, sandwich and a muffin. They brought me my prescription meds all filled for me so I didn't have to worry about that (ideal!) They called my husband and I was allowed home at 11.45am Once at home I got into my ready made pillow fort (totally awesome I had in ready so you are comfy straight away) and had a sleep. Post op days to follow!

Hi girls, I have set my mind on getting HP implants, my chest is very small and I feel Mod Plus implants wont give me the projection that I am after, as well as my anatomy not being able to carry those implant types. After continually researching (literally everyday) I have had a look into XHP implants. Does anyone know if Dr Boonchai offers this profile? Or have any of you ladies been offered them at your consult at PIAC? I think I like the look of XHP mainly because you get the most projection with a more narrow base. From the top of my head I am approx. 48-49kg and my height is close to 158cm. I am relatively short and I have no hips or waist. I compare my body shape and size to a 12 year old. Doesn't help that I have barely an A cup. Any help or info would be great. Thank you ladies xx
