I've been down twice , one week check up nurse cut stitches that were hanging out, & Tuesday we just had ,nurse took off glue & put on Fiximul tape. Don't see the surgeon til the 18th Jan.

i mentioned about the left breast but she just said its early days.

i knew by day 1 post op something wasn't right- but thought I'd give it a bit of time as I didn't want to be too paranoid.

For for a lift it is still early days I've seen some lifts look like an absolute mess turn into perfection over the weeks. I would see if you can get in to see the surgeon earlier, even email pics to the clinic and get someone to call when they get in. You really are still early though so don't fret yet

Try not to stress too much until you have spoken to a PS. Remember they will heal at different rates and the healing process is long and slow.

Did your surgeon give you any sort of guarantee that he would fix them without charge if there was a problem? If there are problems with mine in the next 2yrs all surgeons fees are waived.

The left boob hurts & has a major dent. I know within myself something isn't right. It's so distressing. I'm waiting at a medical centre at the moment. My doctors doesn't open til Tuesday & my plastic surgeons office isn't open til wednsday. Gonna see if I can get some pain killers & possibly antibiotics today.

I feel so down.....

These were my pre op boobs

I had never heard of him.

Dr Kenny from TCI referred me to him as he said I would need a lift because my chest is built lower ... Being a plastic surgeon in a private hospital I thought I'd be well taken care of.

im waiting at a medical centre at the moment -when I get home I'll see if there is a direct phone number in my paperwork .

That's where I had my surgery Donatella. The office doesnt open til Wednsday. I've just sent an email & photos..... hopefully the PS gets back to me as soon as possible.

but the hospital never closes. You can present to ED if worried and you would be assessed by the PS on that day if they deemed necessary

does your surgeon have a good reputation?

did your surgeon give you a direct number for him or your nurse? I can email my nurse anytime day or night and she gets back to me fast I also have my ps mobile number to call or text if I need him.

I'm not sure how unhelpful you realise you look when you continue with the "with my PS I can do this that and the other". This isn't you and those comments are making me cringe

Mine were absolutely horrific for 6 or 8 weeks, one of my nipples pulled inwards in a dent like yours, and swelling pulled them in different directions, so they were super wonky. They ended up fine - truly, everyone heals differently, although it would be great to get some reassurance from your PS, you need to ignore them for a month or so, they've got a lot of healing to do.

Feel free to FR me if you'd like to see some truly scary PO boobs which did come good.

I didn't have a lift but I did have a big dent in side of my boob ,it's not visible anymore , I can feel it though ,I have decided not to focus on it at the moment ,not the same but it did resolve some what ,hopefully like @Jaddles said it will get better , it's good news when there's otheres that have experienced the same and resolved gives hope ?
