Help with cc size please!

Recommended Posts

Hi, op booked for feb 2018, I'm dithering over the size. I'm 1.60m (5ft 3ins) and 116pounds (53kgs). Small A cups to start with. Decided on 285cc round silicone but am I being too conservative? Everyone says they wished they'd have gone bigger. I did 300cc rice sizers which look about right but as I'm going under the muscle will I loose a lot of volume? Help! Don't want to regret not going big enough.

Go bigger or yes you probably will regret it.

285cc is a tiny implant. So just ask yourself, are you going to be happy with a barely noticeable change for the money you’re paying? ??‍♀️

At the end of the day it’s up to you.

285/300cc are both on the small side. Whether you get 285 or 300cc you won’t notice the difference between the two what so ever so you may as well go the latter.

I'll just chip in here. You might see that I have posted almost the same question a few weeks ago. I asked advice here and @misstons saved me from regret by telling me to go bigger. When u come out of surgery u think they're big but 2 weeks in you feel like they're the same size as ur old boobs (even though they aren't). I'm similar stats to u and I went to 535 and I don't even look top heavy at all when I stand in underwear. Not saying u should go that big but if you're deciding between two I'd say bigger.

Mine aren't as big as the rice sizers seemed either. Because the rice sizers seem to add width that you won't have with the real implants. So they look fat and round with sizers. But when the implant is in they aren't as fat and puffy and just don't look as big in my opinion. And also the rice sizers are outside ur skin. The implant is sheltered by your skin and muscle lying over it all so you lose a bit from that as well.

Anyway good luck deciding and good luck whichever you choose!

It depends what look you are going for. Also you have to factor in your body frame. I got 270cc under the muscle high profile. I am 165cm and currently sit around 54/55kg. I am not curvy......wish I was! I went from 10AA to a 8D/10C cup. In short, I am a small C cup. Yes sometimes I wish I went bigger.........but I have a naturally bony chest and I didn't have much breast tissue to start off with. So I personally feel a much bigger implant would not have suited my frame at all. For me, going from flat chested to having a decent set of boobs has been a life changer for me. My breasts are not huge but I feel way more feminine and sexy since having the BA. Some people did notice my breasts looked different after my BA, but they thought I was wearing a fantastic bra and wanted to know which one it was.

It really is about what your BA goals are; the type of body frame you have; what your anatomy will allow with sizing; and what you feel comfortable with.

Hi, I am your size and I had 380cc over the muscle (Motiva ergonomix). I think they suit my body really well and everyone has said so. I felt at some point that I wanted bigger but after they've fluffed (or maybe I got used to them, not sure), I think they're perfect. I'm 9 months after the surgery I think. I've attached an image in a dress. I have no padding whatsoever. Message me if you want more info.

Hi Girl1999 I was also somewhat confused when I had my implants years ago, I had 235 cc silicone on left and 225 on right which at that time were I would say medium. I wished I had went larger, time past had a small rupture in left breast. After much research and receiving awesome support from ladies such as yourself and others I along with my husband have decided on a revision. My first meeting with PS was awesome she told me she wanted the best for me and the size that I wanted. She told me with the extra breast tissue and stretching from the previous implants I could most definitely go larger she told me anywhere from 450cc to 600cc high profile. She will be using sizers to determine the best look. I have confidence in the PS to make me as large as I discussed with her a few weeks ago. A lot of ladies will say they wished they had went larger, and I am one of them. I know you will make the right decision. My surgery is scheduled for next Wednesday January 17, 2018. Please keep me in your prayers. I will most definitely remember you. A old song back in the 80'S Don't Worry Be Happy. Perhaps we could rename this song to Don't Worry Go Bigger.

I too agree it is best to go larger if one can. Ladies 1 options if they aren't as large as you wanted after Augmentation you can always go back to that padded bra, NO WAY. Or option 2 if they are too large pick up a MINIMIZER BRA I like this idea better Soma make a great Minimizer. Revision for me January 17, 2024 so excited

Haven't been on for a while, thankyou so much guys for all your comments! I'm now thinking a little bigger. My bwd is 12cm. The rice Sixers seem to make no sense. I've been on RealSelf looking at photos. A few girls with my stats. They're getting 320upwards. The smaller ones almost look more fake? My surgery is booked for 19th feb, I have to get the size right! I want the volume of my boobs to match my hips if that makes sense?

Hi @Girl1999 It seems like you are thinking in the 300s for your implants. Some ladies are suggesting much bigger and that is great if it is what you want. Maybe check their gallery pics and see if it's the look you want and if it is go for it.

I had 375cc anatomical (teardrop) dual plane under the muscle. You do lose a little volume but not that much. I tried on 350cc sizers and liked the look, my PS suggested the 375cc to make up for a little lost volume. I started off as an AA and am now measuring a DD at 7 weeks post-op. You can friend request me to see my gallery pics. They are not huge, but they look great and balance out my anatomy nicely.

Good luck with whichever decision you make xo

Thank all everyone, this is really helping. Just so I understand. If my breast width dim is 12cm, does this mean the biggest width of implant I can go with is that? So 320cc is 11.75 width and 340cc is 12. So I can't go beyond 340cc? Sorry probably dumb question!

Best to check with your PS... I believe you can go around 1cm either side, but they can advise you properly.

I’m almost the exact same stats and I went with 495cc teardrops, dual plane. I don’t think they look too big at all. But at the end of the day your BWD will determine the max size you can go

How do you have any pics I can look at please? Picking a size is so hard! I've only got 1 week left to decide.

Hi!

I'm 165cm and about 58kgs- I don't weigh myself I guesstimate I could be less. I am 2.5 weeks post op only and got 320cc anatomical HP. I would say they are definitely quite big and went a long way on my frame. So also keep this in mind. A tight top makes them look HUGE.

i'm adding a pic to my gallery now so friend me to get an idea

I think you need to ask yourself if you would rather come out of surgery bigger then you hoped or smaller then you hoped...I think anywhere between 280-330cc will look amazing on you. There is not that much difference in the sizes, perhaps just a little fullness.
Studies have shown you need 100-150cc to go up a full cup size

Hi everyone for your help. I've looked at sooooo many photos of boobs! My op is on the 19th feb and I've gone with 320cc, which they've now ordered. My surgeon said 335 would be around the max for me. Now of course I'm stressing that I've gone too big! I flip flop between women on here saying they would have all gone bigger, so 320 will be great, to panicking as I started at 265cc.

i guess I will just keep stressing till the op happens!

I think your choice of 320cc is perfectly fine. I’m about the same height and weight as you with similar build I went from a small B cup to 325cc under the muscle.

My surgery was only 5 days ago but they definitely fit my body perfectly as it is and will look even better when they drop and fluff.
