Watergirl 15
I only had my surgery 4 days ago and I'm feeling a bit down. I was indecisive about getting the Motiva Ergo Mini (moderate) or Demi (moderate plus). I didn't want anyone to notice I'd had implants so was worried the Demi would be too big but at the same time was worried the Mini would be too small. I left it to the surgeon to decide in surgery which way to go after showing him photos of my desired outcome. He went with the Mini 310cc (my full BWD of 12.5cm). Now I think they are too small. I am already kicking myself that I didn't ask for the Demi (moderate plus 360cc). They are similar to me breastfeeding boobs. I had thought they would be a bit bigger. The rice sizers definitely looked alot bigger. It is constantly on my mind. I have my one week follow-up appointment on Thursday. I've even had the thought of having another operation already to get the Demi ones. The surgeon wouldn't charge anymore but I would have to pay the hospital and anesthetist fees again. I can't believe I am even considering this. I wish I had been confident not to care that people might notice and just get the moderate plus. I doubt they would have noticed now that I have seen the moderate is no bigger than my push up bra. So do you think I will get over this feeling and just be happy that I do have full boobs (just not as much projection as I'd like). I know I could still wear a push up bra to make them look bigger when I want to.... but kind of defeats the purpose of having implants! I'm happy with how they look naked but with clothes they get hidden too easily. I feel so conflicted. I know I should wait and see but I want to get back to normal life as quickly as possible and not go through the recovery twice so if I was going to get a larger implant size I'd rather do it now. Has anyone else felt like this and did your feelings change over time? cm29
sabP 750
Hey @Watergirl, sorry to hear you are disappointed with your size. A couple of things for you to maybe consider. 1) they have not gone through the drop & fluff process yet as you are only day 4, they will change over the next weeks and you may be happier with them when they do. 2) lots of girls go for revision surgery up or down in size and if you do decide to upsize, give yourself 6-12 months or whatever timeframe your PS recommends to heal from this surgery, discuss your concerns with him/her, then go for revision if that is what you want. I'm sure lots of girls here can talk to you about their personal experiences with revision surgery cm29, I HaveBoobs and Watergirl
LaurenT 755
I would imagine that you will have to fully recover before your surgeon will operate again. I could be wrong though. cm29, I HaveBoobs and Watergirl 2

misstons 1,102
If you do decide to upgrade down the track - go bigger than the 360cc. If you are feeling 310cc is too small, I highly doubt an extra 50cc is going to leave you feeling satisfied. 50cc is only a shot glass - so barely anything. I’m sure many girls have felt the way you do currently, myself included. I knew from day 1 of my first surgery I would be having another, and I did a year later. My boobs still can get lost under clothes despite being 920ccs. I think when you’re first going through this process you get caught up in CCs, and sizes you really don’t think about the bigger picture. In my opinion, you are very early post op still - give yourself time to heal. But if you remain feeling the same way, definitely have another consult to see which implant size will be best to achieve what you are after. But you’ll definitely need more than a 50cc increase to notice a change. RubyJadeDiamond, sabP, I HaveBoobs and 2 others 4
I HaveBoobs 951
Hi sweetie, sorry to hear your feeling they are not what you hoped for, i do agree with all the other girls and that you are only 4 dpo and have some D&F to happen yet and it could just be a bit of the boobie blues also which will have kicked in about now , but like @misstons said if you are still unhappy after 6 months then the 360 cc is not going to be very noticeable, you will need at least 100 cc to notice any kind of diffrence, most surgeon's will suggest you wait at least 6 months to heal before an implant exchange can be considered . ? sabP and Watergirl 1
Ss84 49
Hey Hun, Sorry that your not feeling satisfied with your results. You are still early days so there is still plenty of time for change. I am 6 weeks post op this Thursday, and I also regret not having gone bigger. I choose 375cc mod + and they simply do not have the projection I am after. I felt heartbroken straight after surgery as I just knew that no amount of dropping and fluffing was going to be able to make them the size I hoped for. I am yet to have my 6 week review appt with my ps but I will definitely be having a chat with him about my options done the track once I'm completely recovered. The early recovery period is a roller coaster of emotions, try to remain positive. I know I've chosen the wrong size but I'm over the moon with the shape and the efforts of my PS. I hope you can also extract something positive from your experience too ☺️ Watergirl and I HaveBoobs
pink butterfly 1,509
Day 3 to day 5 post op is when most ladies feel like crap because of the swelling, pain, lack of sleep and everything re-settling in the body. Also it is pretty normal to question the decision of cc's etc. It is similar to the baby blues after giving birth. As a few ladies have said above, if you want to go bigger 50cc will not show much difference to what you have now. It is really hard before surgery to imagine what the new breasts will look like and how we will feel about them after surgery. But at least you have options if you do decide after the D and F process that you wish to go bigger. I just want to add that I think your new boobs look great. I hope you continue to keep healing well. sabP, Watergirl and I HaveBoobs 2

Mine sometimes seem smaller than what I wanted but other times I think they are just the perfect size for my shape. I'm a 12C now and happy with that because they look natural. They do change overtime. Watergirl and I HaveBoobs
Girl1999 59
Hi, don't panic yet. It's really early days. They'll get bigger as the muscle relaxes. I thought mine were too small to start with, then a month in worried they were too big. It will keep changing. I think they look like a greater size Watergirl, sabP and I HaveBoobs 2
donatella 5,801
Sorry you feel like this its the most deflating feeling. I've had my breasts done 3 times, 410, 550 and now 800cc and I wish I went as big as I could fit 3 surgeries ago. The good news is they will get bigger over the next 6-12 months, in fact I love my boobs so much more at 12+ months and they definitely get bigger. I would sit on them for this time and if you need to look into revision AT LEAST another 150-200cc to get a noticeable difference and honestly I don't think that would overdo your body at all I HaveBoobs, Watergirl, pink butterfly and 1 other 3
Watergirl 15
Thankyou everyone for your comments. I appreciate you taking the time to try to put me at ease. I think I was having the 4 day blues! I am trying to be positive now and I really am happy with the shape and fullness of them (no deflated breastfeeding boobs now!). I still think I should have gone with the Demi (could have had 380 CC) and that would have been enough for me. I don't want overly big boobs, I'm pretty active and like an athletic frame. I understand what you are saying once I am used to having 310CC going up 50 or 60CC wouldn't be that noticeable. Though it would give me an extra 1cm projection that would have been enough for me if I had done it first time around. I guess I have nearly 12 months to decide so can try out my new boobs for summer and then decide if I still want to have a revision next winter. Hopefully they will fluff enough for me, though when I asked about fluffing my surgeon said he didn't know what that was. He just said they get smaller when the swelling goes down so I really hope I don't have much swelling to go down. I'm seeing him tomorrow for my first post surgery check-up. It will be good to see what he says. sabP

JD* 361
It's just so hard not knowing what the end result will look like prior to surgery. They look great and I'm sure they will drop & fluff as the weeks go by, so don't let go of hope just yet! I HaveBoobs and Watergirl
