Rhinoplasty with dr Patrick walsh
Plasticlife and one other reacted to fishlips for a topic
I had my surgery (revision from another surgeon) with Patrick Walsh last year. He is fantastic and you can ask all the questions you like and he will answer all of them without judgement and while showing patience. he also looks at the medical breathing side of things too. in regards to price he is clearly not doing it for the money. I went for a consult with Chris moss (nurse) which I didn’t know until the day for my primary many years ago and was so pissed off this nurse couldn’t even answer my questions ie how many noses does he do a year, what’s his revision rate, pretty normal q2 points -
Where a surgeon has no negative feedback online, I question it. No matter how experienced a surgeon is, there will be patients not happy or even surgery's requiring revision. Unfortunately, it's way to common and we don't hear about these patients stories as surgeon's threaten them if they speak out. It's a common practice and unfortunately women are venerable as they don't know there legal rights. I'm only bringing to light for those voices whom gave been silenced by surgeon valuing their reputations rather then their own patients health! it needs to stop!1 point

Hi guys, I am 28 years old and from the UK. I have been sooooo insecure about my nose for years because I think it's too straight and pointy. About 2 years ago I realised actually how rounded my nose tip looks and I absolutely hate it, every single day I obsess about it and when I look at my reflection in a window or mirror I see what look like a round ball blob at the end of my nose. It makes my feel like breaking down and crying and sometimes I have done Does anyone know what is causing my nose tip to look like this and what surgery procedure will fix it ? I am extre1 point

Hi, I’m looking into Dr Patrick Walsh for rhinoplasty. I’ve previously gone to dr Chris moss for a consult but his prices that he quoted was crazy ($45000) !! I was wondering if anyone has any good reviews on Dr Walsh’s rhinoplasty skills . Also if you have been to a consult / surgery with him how much was the average cost? Some previous forums quoted $12000 but that was 5 years ago so it may have changed :( I’d like to avoid the shock of being quoted close to 50 grand if I do go to a consult ! Thanks !1 point

Celeb boob inspiration: Rachel Cook
Jessica34B reacted to I HaveBoobs for a topic
I would say yes to both girls, no guestamation to bra size but I'd guess anywhere between 290 and 330 cc implants. Try to get your head out of bra size if your looking for inspo as surgeons work in Ccs not cup size so it will be different for everyone. A 400 cc implant will look very different on someone who is 5'5 and 55 kg compared to a 400 cc implant on a 5'7 60 kg person it all has to do with your breast footprint and BWD (breast width dimensions ) shape of your breast bone ( chest ) ect and existing breast tissue. Hope this helps1 point -

Hello just saw your post and was wondering if you went ahead with the revision and who you went with? My story sounds very similar. i am looking at Perry Burstin. Did you see him at all? cheers1 point -
You need to give it time. It can take 6 - 12 mths for your implants to settle. At 2 mths, it's way too early to judge the appearance. They have a lot of healing still to do & will continue to look better as the months go by. Don't stress, it's a big job your body is undertaking at the moment. Don't rush it. 😊1 point

Looking to get German Furries in Asia
WantDemFurries reacted to AlanaJ for a topic
Honestly, don't get them in Asia. The problem with having surgery overseas is there is no aftercare. Once your surgery is done & you fly home, there is nothing your surgeon can do if you happen to have any issues or complications. Plastic Surgeons in Australia are very highly trained, I can even give you a recommendation for the best Plastic surgeon (in Australia, in my opinion) who has the skills & experience with Polyurethane implants that you want in Australia. He practices in both Brisbane & Melbourne. And also remember, when it comes to surgery, you do get what yo1 point -
Black/blue spot under skin under incision

Please girls, I know I ask a lot of questions and tend to jump to conclusions but I'm actually the most worried now then I've been this whole time. I have a black spot that appears to be under my skin in the vertical incision line from my breast lift. What could it be? It doesn't appear to be open or anything.1 point -
Hello lovely ladies! I am hoping to find some photos of you gals who may be a bit closer to my build, I am 170cm tall, I weigh 74kgs and the doc is looking at giving me 500cc implants. (I’m Booked in for March 7th 2019) Most photos I see are of littler ladies so it’s hard to get a gage on what 500ccs will look like on a bigger girl like me. thank you! ?1 point

Does anyone have any more neutral experiences about Dr Najem? There is one very detailed warning with proof Dr Najem a cowboy and then two "patients" who have replied with positive reviews that look thinly veiled. They're not even contesting the original claims the poster made which doesn't make him look anymore credible.. if not worse.1 point

Appointment soon - hair help
Monica Davis reacted to Cupcake85 for a topic
I went with a very similar pixie cut. The above pic is fully shaved and I was worried the top getting shaved to a number 8 wouldn’t style like the photo due to my hair type. My hair is very close cropped. The sides and underneath are faded from a number 1 to a 2. Then the rest of the sides are cut short blending down and the top was cut very short with scissors. I’m excited to have a play around with it today. I have very thick hair so this sits so much nicer.1 point -

Rhinoplasty with Dr George Marcells
HateMyNose reacted to mender for a topic
Hello, I am thinking about him too. I think he has less reviews because a lot of surgeons buy fake reviews to look good on RealSelf. It does seem odd that less respected surgeons would have far more 5-star reviews despite having been in the industry for a shorter time. I believe some of these surgeons may pay/discount their customers to post good reviews or to post their before and after shots online or on social media. This is pure speculation however. I did read elsewhere that Marcells isn’t going to try and talk you into getting surgery because he has enough clients to work with. I thi1 point -

Asymmetrical cheeks
LizzieVale reacted to Sm1997 for a topic
Hello everyone, there’s something wrong with my face and this bothers me a lot. I know nobody has a perfectly symmetrical face but something is really wrong with my face. For some reason, my cheeks really look different from each other as my left cheeks is a lot fuller and kind of shorter than my right cheek as well. Why are my cheeks so different from each other? I have recently been diagnosed with overbite and crowded teeth, can these two problems with my jaw/teeth cause my cheeks to be so asymmetrical? Or the reason is another? Thank you in advance for your help.1 point -

Moderate Plus or HP
BecY reacted to Kaleidoscope_Eyes for a topic
It's so hard isn't it. I spent months agonising over sizes and now I'm about to have a revision because I feel too big!! I had a consult with Dr Kollias initially and then went with Dr Cooter. Dr Kollias recommended Moderate profile allergen (equivalent to mentor mod+) and less than 300cc. Dr Cooter recommended 350cc HP because I was narrow (11cm BWD) and the only way to get more volume was to go forward (projection). I can understand the reasoning behind this and most women would be thrilled with my outcome. I can say they look really good naked and they match my goal photos. They're just too1 point -
Hi @Girl1999 It seems like you are thinking in the 300s for your implants. Some ladies are suggesting much bigger and that is great if it is what you want. Maybe check their gallery pics and see if it's the look you want and if it is go for it. I had 375cc anatomical (teardrop) dual plane under the muscle. You do lose a little volume but not that much. I tried on 350cc sizers and liked the look, my PS suggested the 375cc to make up for a little lost volume. I started off as an AA and am now measuring a DD at 7 weeks post-op. You can friend request me to see my gallery pics. They are not h1 point

This is a massive debate and one I don't want to wade into. Each woman must decide for herself what she is comfortable with regarding health screening. I could link to a number of studies arguing for and against mammography. Instead here is a literature review: http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/news/features/vatten-mammography-screening/ of key research. When measuring the efficacy of something it is important to also consider the impact of false negatives (unnecessary procedures, stress and cost). My mother had breast cancer. thread lift/ suture lift

Quote from Dr Timothy Cooper: ""Thread lifts previously enjoyed some popularity but they were not without their problems. They are not a cheap alternative and their effect is frequently unsatisfactory or short lived.""1 point -
Hey Em. Over thinking or even obsessing on a decision can do more harm than good. The checklist to get right is: have you chosen a surgeon you trust who has a good track record/reputation? Have you conveyed your goals clearly to him so he knows what you're after? Have you chosen to get a BA for the right reasons? Do you understand these are for life and not just a 'short term' bit of fun? If you can answer 'yes' to these questions, everything else will fall into place. Ruminating on anything is very unhealthy behavior (I speak from personal experience here!) and only increases anxiety, stress1 point

I really need to hear these things. I really do hold the same fears as it seems you did. Thanks so much for the advice and I'm waiting to hear back from my surgeon. I know he will want me to make the choice but asked him whether the difference in implants would alter my cleavage gap! Which is kind of one of my biggest concerns! I have a really nice natural base and only want the implant to enlarge them exactly how they are! Cleavage size to remain the same etc. I'm worried going the smaller implant may ruin my natural base! So that's pretty much what I asked via email yesterday. I'm nervous wi1 point

Hey boobiestocome, I have been wearing extensions for three years and I love them! i wear the tapes and I have never had a problem with them, I can still wear my hair up without them being visible at all and usually no one has any idea I have them unless I tell them. I find them really easy to maintain and care for, I had to buy a special hairbrush for them so I don't tear them out when brushing and I just them moved back up every 6-8 but besides that they are pretty hassle free. in regards to cost I pay $350 for a full head which usually lasts about a year and then $150 for a re-taping.
