Ok I know this has probably been asked 120 times but what's your opinion of overs and unders?Which ladies on the forum have overs, and who has unders? I know the majority has unders. I always thought of myself having unders, as I didn't really like the thought of overs really because I've heard rippling is seen more and there's a higher risk of cc. But I had a consultation a while ago and the surgeon recommended overs for me because I have enough breast tissue to cover them. Plus overs will give me more upper pole fullness (which I really need) whereas unders will give me less upper pole

Hi everyone, I just found this forum today. I am having my surgery on Feb 10th. I have lost a lot of weight and my boobs in the process. I was a UK 42H and now a 36D...I can see my feet now! eek! I am having PolyTech Opticon implants - subglandular placement and either 680 or 750cc. I haven't found many pics of the slightly larger anatomicals placed over the muscle. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Hey girls! So my surgery is on Friday. My surgeon has suggested to go with over's because I have a lot of breast tissue and am boarder line. I've been fine with this up until now and I'm questioning if maybe I want unders or dual plane. I'm pretty sure I want over's but am worried about the added risks and the quicker sagging. Can some girls who have over's share the following: -post op pictures -recovery stories -how they feel about them now sorry for asking so much, I thought I had it all planned out and now I'm confused! :S

Hi ladies, I've been for consults with two ps both of whom have suggested overs due to the amount of tissue I already have and the amount of heavy lifting I do and they have both said there is a risk of my tissue/skin sagging below the implant with unders. The first suggested 425cc HP or 470cc XHP over the muscle. The second suggested 460 or 520cc XHP over the muscle. Ultimately I would love to go with the 520 XHP but am a little concerned about sagging with overs. Was just hoping to hear from any ladies who have had overs around this size if possible. Thanks

Hi ladies! I had my boobies done in September 2015... I was paranoid I would be going too big with 505cc moderates.... I am 6 foot tall & weigh an athletic 80-85kgs. My surgeon tried to push my to the 565's but I was worried about them making me look fat. Straight away after the op I wished I went bigger!! So yesterday morning I had my consult and surgery with Dr Boonchai. It was such a pleasant experience and he is so lovely! Of course a bit clinical in his approach but does have a little bit of a giggle here and then and he definitely makes sure you know all that you need to. i decided upon 350s textured, round, unders and endoscopic transaxillary (through the armpit). I didn't want my boobs to have scars on them and Dr B said he can achieve better placement! Although it is longer recover especially combined with under the muscle, he said it's the scar that will be more important. Trying on

Hi ladies! I am booked in for my BA 3 weeks from now. I am 173cm tall (5ft9) and about 72kg (160lbs) My surgeon suggested the 450cc extra/ultra high profile implants. I'm just concerned that they will be too narrow for my chest? She didn't measure my BWD and I did at home (although no guarantee its correct) and I ended up with 14cm. My surgeon did make a remark that I had a wide chest so I'm wondering why she chose UHP? Does anyone with a BWD similar to mine have UHP implants? Hi All, I'm trying to make a decision on my boobs and am leaning towards overs, but two surgeons I've seen recommend under. If you have overs, are you happy with them? Do they look natural(ish), do you have any issues with CC? The third I saw was Dr Konrat - I've searched a few post here on her, but there's scant info. Hi all, I was just wondering if many girls have had over the muscle with 325cc / smaller sized implants and what sizes they started with and ended up with. So many people have unders, but not many overs, and I'm wondering if overs end up looking a bit bigger than unders do, when the same size implant is used. 325 is the largest I can go while staying within my natural limits, but I'm wondering what that'll actually end up looking like.. I've had crisalix imaging done and pictures with the sizers, but it's so hard and everyone says they aren't that accurate. Thank you x

Today I had a wonderful consultation with Dr Ellis Choy in Sydney. i felt so comfortable and knew within the first 10 mins that he would be my surgeon. My breasts are slightly saggy and he said I am boarder line but will get great, natural and full results from a BA alone. I've had two consults with different PS's and one recommended sub fascial, the other dual plane... PS who recommended sub fascial measured skin, other surgeon didn't, he did a visual only. Now I'm really confused! I dont really want to see a third PS. Any thoughts...thanks

My doctor has recommended getting overs (despite me being thin i have enough breast tissue). Can you see or feel the implant? Has anyone has capsular contracture? Please help out girlies!

I have my BA on friday and Im starting to freak out over what size I might end up. Im 161cm 48kgs size 6 my bwd is 16cm and im currently a large C/small D cup but im quite deflated after breastfeeding. Hi Girls, I'm new here. Went for my first consult last week - super excited! and super comfortable with the surgeon I chose! Hi ladies, I'm hoping some of you can help me! My PS liked moderate projection as he believes it looks more natural that higher projection implants. I'm stuck at 390cc with mod, but could go up to 420cc with hp! Sizers with mod had awesome side boob, but not much projection. I'm getting subfascial overs, has anyone made a decision on either one of these projections?? If so, what were your reasons? My BWD is 13cm, I'm currently a 12B, hoping for a DD

Hi ladies, So the 24 Oct is drawing near and I'm freaking out a little and second guessing everything!!! Especially the fact that my surgeon wants to do overs and I'm fine with that but really worried about CC! Is there anyone out there with unders who also have been unlucky enough to get CC or is this mainly an overs risk?

This is probably a stupid question but if you get overs do they sag quicker than unders? I assume they are bigger over but what are the other pro's, I love the look of them. I don't have my first consult until this Friday so hoping someone can fill me in.

Hi Ladies, I have done some research on the forum about Tim Brown as I have a consult with him soon. A lot of people have pointed out he only or prefers to only go over the muscle. Can someone please verify this? I am sure a girl I know got unders with him. So I am a bit confused, if he is bias towards over the muscle I will cancel my consult. Thanks
