    Hi Ladies, I'm in desperate need of some advice as to whom would be the best surgeon in Brisbane or Gold Coast that you would recommend and possibly have some before and afters for me to see? The surgeons I have as picks at the moment are: - Dr Sharp (Greenslopes) - Dr Paul Belt - Dr Daniel Fleming - Dr Richardson These surgeons are all in Brisbane so I'm hoping someone could help me in deciding whom would be best to proceed with or whom not to proceed with?   2. I am now Day 5 post op everything’s going well although I’m starting to get really bad back pain from having hunched shoulders. I am somebody who normally has really good posture and it’s been really hard to adjust being hunched and sleeping upright as well. I feel like if I push my shoulders back my muscles get too tight like I’m not supposed to. What should I do about this did anyone use special exercises? Also my boyfriend of 4 years is struggling to adjust to the new me and it’s giving me stress. Did anyone else have these problems? I need some reassurance.

    I was wondering if I could please get some opinions. So these are my dream boobs. I have a similar size as her before pics. They were done in Thailand but I'd prefer to stay here and get them done in Perth. I'm thinking about Mark Lee and Tony Connell. Iv popped my current pic in first. What do you think? Would it be possible to get these results and look natural. I'd prefer round implants but Iv been told by another plastic surgeon teardrops would give me a natural look. Thoughts on cc's? Projection?     Hi all, pretty new to the forum and in need of advice ! I had my BA done by Dr Zion Chan in 2010 - really happy with the results, my scars are barley there and the shape of my implants is exactly what i wanted. Size wise though - not as happy as I could be, i went a 375cc and i was a barley there A cup before my surgery. I am looking at booking a revision surgery to go up in size - hopefully 550cc or so... was thinking to go back to Dr Chan as the operation was a smooth experience with no complications and I am very comfortable with him - however i've had a few friends go to him and not

  10. Hi Ladies, I was tossing and turning between 295cc and 315cc moderate profile... I ended up going 295cc. Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference between those sizes?   12. Hi ladies!! So a boob job is something that's been in the back of my mind since I was about 16 (and seriously for about a year and a half now, since joining this forum). I have two questions regarding implant type and post boob job fitness routine. I am 174cm and I believe about 64kg. I have always wanted a natural look due to my athletic shape and therefore have lent towards teardrop shape. Would any girls be willing to post up some snap shots of there either high profile or moderate / moderate + after photos? Preferably in the 300's cc range so I can get the best idea. I would also like opinions on why you chose high profile / moderate and any comments on the profile of implants you guys may have. xo

  16. Hi All, I'm booked in for next week, on the 20th to have my breast aug. I'm 163cm tall and 53kgs. I'm getting 390cc high profile, over the muscle. Just wondering if I should go bigger?   17. Dr Jake Lim and his team come highly recommended. I went in for my initial appointment just before Christmas 2014. I wanted a man breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Dr Lim explained that a tummy tuck isn't going to achieve what I wanted it to achieve and suggested a body lift instead. Dr Lim also suggested I get each procedure done separately, as both procedures means I am under anaesthetic dangerously to long. I decided to go for the Male Breast removal first, then the body lift later in the year. I was booked in for the 28th January. I attended an appointment 2 weeks prior to my surgery

    So, even though I'm happy with my recent BA, I'm seriously thinking about going back and getting bigger implants. If any of you ladies have done this, can you please tell me if it is worth it?   21. Hi, I'm new to forum, firstly I'm am so glad I stumbled across this it's been so helpful! I'm 25 and looking at getting a BA in the new few months. I have never been happy with my breasts especially after I started enjoying fitness and went down to a small A cup. Only thing is my partner wants to have kids in the next couple of years as do I. BUT I want to hear people's views that have had their BA done before kids and what effect having a child has had on the BA?     Hi gals, I've booked into TCI with Dr Ali for my consolt on the 2nd Feb and surgery on the 10th. I know what I want but have no idea if we will achieve my desired result. I have 12Ds now after 2 children, and they don't really sag too much. I don't want to go to much bigger but I want implants. I'd love to stay around the same size but I don't think that is possible.
