hi ladies! I am interested in getting a BA through cosmeditour but I am concerned that they are trying to upsell me to anatomicals when that isnt the look I want or need. has anyone had a BA with them and paid of anatomicals and ended up getting rounds with a refund for the difference? was it hard to get the money back? cheers Sarah

Hi ya, my friend and I have been looking into going with Cosmeditour from NZ for BAs. We only know what we have seen on the net. What do you girls find better, we are both realisticly Acup, or small Bs. both 31 with kids and under 68kg. she is slim, I still have a mummy tummy fml. Where do you stay, what do you suggest? What are the groups like? What should we ask for/not ask for? What are the best places to pick? Who did you go through for flights etc. Where do I find before and after pics that arent on their websites?? Thanks so much ladies! So excited, but nervo -
My decision to get breast augmentation surgery is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. I went to several different Doctors including Dr. Simon Rosenbaum, Dr Dean Trotter and finally Dr George Mayson for my initial consultations. Dr Mayson was by far the most informative and caring of the doctors I saw, with the consultation running for 2 hours rather than the rushed 30 minutes I had with the other two doctors. The other doctors also seemed cold and clinical where as Dr Mayson had a wonderful bedside manor and was caring, genuine and kind. He never made me feel rushed in my decisi -
Still ummming and ahhing over sizes and profiles for the next week until I see my surgeon again, but would love to see some pics of those with similar stats to me who have already had their surgery and what size you ended up being. I'm booked in for surgery on the 11th of august but due to privacy reasons the company can't show me before and after pictures by the surgeon (Dr. Joe Rizk). I'm having my consultation on the 3rd of august however he has suggusted i get silicone 425cc round high profile inplants. I want to go to 10DD/E (i'm not sure how big that really is since i dont have boobs at all :/) I am very barely a 10A, i've searched the whole of google back and front about this topic believe me! Hi ladies I have my breast augmentation surgery booked with Dr. Miroshnik on the 27th March! I'm so excited, I'm finally doing this! He has recommended 390g Extra High Profile rounds. I told him I wanted perky boobs, as mine already are, with nice side boob and fullness. I'm currently an A cup, wanting to go to a D, and he said these will give me a full D. Now, what is worrying me is the XHP. I don't know what to expect to be honest. I don't want to look fake, but he assured me they wouldn't. Hi ladies, Just looking for people with similar stats, what size, type, profile, incision etc did you get and are you happy? Still deciding what I'm going to get. Originally wanted teardrop but surgeon has advised round will be better for me. Wanting natural look, looking to go up to a D or maybe DD if it doesn't look too big, under the muscle, crease incision, not sure on profile. So many options, so hard to decide. Hi ladies, I'm in the process of booking my BA in for august in Thailand. I've requested tear drop as I want my boobs to look as natural as possible. I've just sent my pics and the surgeon has come back suggesting round. I know everyone says to trust the surgeon but I'm really scared now! I'm a 10C now, wanting to go up to a D or DD, 156cm tall and about 60kg. Is there anyone else with similar stats that has round and they look natural? I need some reassurance.

Hey guys - I have searched till my fingers were blue looking for info about the silimed round imolants and changes over the next 12 mths PO - I am 9wks PO and worried about the shape they are/will be. lefty seems flat and low & Righty seems higher and more firm ( which I like) the left seems to soften and change quicker than my right but I would like to know how they will change . Will they get smaller as it feels my left has shrunk in size and I really don't want that if anything I want them to fluff out bigger - I know they won't drop even though it feels like the left has but I'm a 14E

I am still a tad confused about tear drop vs round. I am looking for the best natural look and feel. I have had some good feedback on the feel of furry brazilian implants, but would love to find out more. I am looking at have the op done on the 14th in Thailand and have not yet decided where, who & what shape to go with. Any feedback on experiences dealing with overseas doctors would great too :o:o
